Villa Fotinou is a two-storey property, covering a total of 140 sq.m. This three-bedroom villa can comfortably accommodate 6 guests in beds and up to 8, if needed. It is designed in a modern and elegant style, creating a comfortable and functional space for your holidays, with the possibility of preparing meals. -Layout: –Ground Floor Upon entering the ground floor of Villa Fotinou, you will find an open-plan area consisting of the living room and kitchen. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa and coffee table, a 42’’ Smart TV. Next to it, the kitchen is fully equipped with branded appliances, making the process of preparing your homemade meals as easy as possible. A breakfast bar and an indoor dining area are also available, and the room offers direct access to the terrace, the barbecue facilities and the swimming pool. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor, offering two single beds that can be converted into one large double bed upon request, a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, wardrobe, 32’’ Smart TV and a balcony door that opens onto a terrace. –First Floor Upon reaching the first floor via the staircase, guests will find the two bedrooms of the villa. The two bedrooms feature two single beds which can also be joined together to form a king-size bed upon request. They are air-conditioned and offer access to a terrace with outdoor furniture where you can relax and enjoy the stunning views of the mountains. There is also a bathroom with a rain shower. -Outdoor Area The outdoor area is fenced for your privacy, where you will enjoy most of your time. The pool terrace offers a variety of facilities, such as:
