Vision and pool - ideal for golf and wellness

The "Schlössle", a former 4* hotel, is located in the immediate vicinity of the town square, centrally located but still very quiet. The apartment (approx. 75 sqm) is on the ground floor. The parking space is right next to the main entrance. The living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows and balconies facing south. The balconies (20 sqm) invite you to sunbathe, eat and enjoy the fantastic view over the Rotttal, with a view of the mountains when the weather is nice.

The small room is partly furnished with antiques and is located in the old ship's post office of 1805 opposite the castle, with an interesting museum directly on the Danube. The garden can be used by our guests. Danube bike path leads past the house, in addition to the usual bus connection, there is also the possibility to transfer to Austria by ferry or to drive to Linz or Passau by steamer.

The apartment is a nice size and good facilities. Bathroom is modern with a large shower head. Zita is a friendly host, I felt right at home. Also had good tips for gastronomy and excursions. I highly recommend it, had a good time there.

Our stay at this Austrian farm was amazing. From the moment we arrived, the hosts welcomed us with such genuine warmth and generosity — they truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The house was clean and cozy, The bed was comfortable. Their dog and goats and horses are all very friendly and cute. We love the fresh milk and egg and cherries and holy recommend the experience!
