What a charming place with everything our family needed. We loved staying at Paolo’s place!

The best option for apartments in Anzio, extremely nice host, clean rooms, lots of space, well-kept grounds. The house has everything for your comfort, plus a nice terrace and parking space. Highly recommend!

Federica’s place was amazing. Directly across from the beach, shops and restaurants are literally a three minute walk away. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean, had all modern amenities and everything was effortless. We checked in on an extremely hot day and were pleasantly surprised to find the place pre-cooled at 26 degrees. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and clean. Overall, one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at globally, and we will definitely be back. For guests visiting from overseas, I would suggest Ostia as an alternative to staying in Rome. Finally a big thanks to Federica and her father for making our stay perfect.

Great place a few steps away from the beach. Very well stocked and the private rooftop patio was definitely our highlight. Augustino was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond. Highly recommend!

Davide was very kind and attentive at all times, the apartment was pristine and modern, the only thing that would be appreciated would be a microwave. Everything else is perfect and the apartment is located near the station and a few minutes from the beach. I would repeat the stay.

This place is situated a little far from Rome central but has very reasonable bus/tram connections so getting there isn’t too difficult. The apartment was clean and well described. A comfy bed with an AC unit nearby which is needed as it does get quite hot at night. Our hosts, although we didn’t meet them until the end, were so helpful, communicative and generous. We are not wine drinkers but a bottle was left for us with a note. This would be a nice touch for those after a long day of travelling. Overall a very good experience

Loved the huge figs left for us!! All the coffees teas and sweets and the grounds around the airbnb were beautiful. The grape vines full of grapes were unbelievable like out of a painting. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Val and I had been on a walking holiday , from Sutri to Orvieto before our week at Gennaro's flat . We wanted a relaxing time and to cater for ourselves having had a week of hotels and Band B's . We also wanted to explore the area as my Dad had landed in Anzio in February 1944 and fought in the terrible battle to reach Rome . Dad was lucky, he got to go home raise a family and lived till he was 90 years old . So many were not so lucky including the Uncle of one of Val's friends who is buried in the Beachhead Cemetery . We wanted to visit his grave , pay our respects and take some pictures for his family . We achieved all these things and also had a great seaside holiday enjoying the weather and swimming in the beautiful clear water at Grotto del Nerone . Gennaro's flat is perfect having everything you could need without clutter .

I travel a lot, but this apartment and the host truly impressed me. Giancarlo personally picked me up from the train station, carried my suitcase, and walked me to the apartment. I was amazed by the quality of the place—its design, coziness, and overall atmosphere. I almost didn’t want to leave! The area is also great—close to the train station, the beach, and plenty of restaurants. I’ll definitely be coming back! :)

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! There were three of us, and the place was perfect for our group. It was very clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport, but still very quiet at night. Our host was extremely welcoming and always quick to respond to any questions. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling with friends or family. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We stayed with a family of four. Great location, literally hung out from the Colosseum every night being about one minute away. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance of 5 to 10 minutes. Coffee shop downstairs great spot downstairs. Clean rooms, AC mini splits in each room. We visited in June and it was blazing hot so AC huge plus. The balcony was nice to hangout in the early morning and late night.

we spent a weekend in Francesca's apartment... everything was good... a beautiful, quiet place, not far from the sea and Anzio... Francesca is a very friendly woman and there were no problems... we can only recommend it many thanks Francesca - greetings Christoph

Sabina place is amazing ! Very clean and exactly as in the photos. The two rooms are big and the apartment can easily accommodate 4 persons. The location is super convenient for any activity in Anzio. 5 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes walk to the main city piazza, 13 minutes walk to the train station to Rome. The apartment is very quiet. Sabine is super responsive and gave us a lot of very good tips where to eat, bakeries and more. We are looking forward to be back at Sabina place

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was spotless and large enough for three adults to live and relax. The large balcony was the highlight of the location looking out over the Mediterranean. And the location was great for restaurants and the beach. Giorgia’s attention to detail was great, leaving us a fruit basket and wine from her grandfather’s vineyard. She was also very helpful with directions to other locations and responded quickly. The location had easy access to the train. Cafe and gelato kiddy corner from the location, full of locals and delish! We would return again❣️

Great, beautiful apartment conveniently located in downtown Ostia and a 2-min walk to the beach. We're coming back in a few days!

Everything about our stay at Marco’s apartment was perfect. We couldn’t think of any way it could have been better. The outdoor shower got lots of use in the very hot weather. We booked this apartment months ago and it was everything we hoped it would be. The only disadvantage for us is that it is a long way from our home in New Zealand but if we ever return to Rome we would love to come back.

If you're on vacation in Rome and have had enough of all the hustle and bustle and want to get away to a nice quiet place, look no further. This home was pleasant, as described and Cristiano provided helpful instructions and tips, making it truly a cozy home.

The apartment rented by Naoki is really unique. The terrace alone deserves five stars.

Me and my daughters enjoyed our stay at Fabio‘s. The place was perfect cute very clean and most of all safe. The balcony was amazing. The views were spectacular. It was located right next to a gelato shop, which is a plus. I can’t say anything negative about this place. I would love to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Aldo’s place! The house is beautiful—especially in the evening when the terrace lights up, creating the perfect spot to relax. Aldo was the best host I’ve ever had. He was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. He shared great local tips and immediately came by to check on the air conditioning when we mentioned it wasn’t cooling fast—such thoughtful and prompt attention! To top it off, Aldo generously offered to drop us at the train station when we were leaving. It’s rare to find such warm hospitality. Highly recommended!
