This is a homestay-style private lodging facility where the owner lives. This is not a private, single-unit type of accommodation. If other guests are in a separate room, the living room, kitchen, and toilet will be shared with them. We appreciate your understanding. [1 room plan] This type of room is for 1-6 people. We also provide a 12.5 tatami Japanese-style room as a bedroom and a 12.5 tatami Japanese-style room with a shared living room. ☆[2-room plan] If you use this plan, you will not be with another group of guests. Check-in time is between 5 pm and 10 pm. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to arrive earlier than 5 pm Bathroom Western-style toilets for men and women. Baths Please use the nearby hot spring facility, which is a 10-minute drive away, as much as possible. The bath in the building is a household size and can be used until 22: 30. It is an old house located in Shinshu Aoki village, at the foot of Mt. Fujinokami. One building can accommodate up to 12 people. For 2 people on weekdays, it starts at 10,000 yen. (Prices vary depending on the season.) It is very good value for money, with an additional charge of 4,000 yen for each additional person. Aoki village was introduced as the most livable village in Japan in 2017. We have been continuously renewed as a Superhost and have obtained ID certification. It's 5 stars. Since the entire building is rented, it is used by families and groups. It feels like a cottage. Since it is a private rental, you can relax without any interference from other guests. 　The guest rooms are large rooms with two consecutive rooms of 10 and 12 tatami. There is also a 6-tatami mat room with a toilet. Fully equipped with a living room and kitchen. The toilet and bath are shared by men and women. No pets. BBQ space 　BBQ is possible in the covered space of an old house. 　* Please bring your own food, paper plates, and paper cups. ■BBQ area usage fee: 3,000 yen (with stove, charcoal, mesh, and tongs) If you bring a full set of BBQ utensils, the BBQ space fee is 1,500 yen 　 ※ No BBQ or Yakiniku allowed inside the house.

Ikusaka Village, Nagano Prefecture, a house where you can enjoy doing nothing.

A small rural village, Izaka Village, in the middle of Nagano Prefecture. I moved from Tokyo a few years ago to start a private lodging using independent separation from the main house. We will rent one building for one group per night. Pets are welcome. Meals are not provided, but cooking utensils are provided in the internal kitchen, so please bring only the ingredients and feel free to use them. There is a shower, but no hot tub. In addition, during the winter months from December to March, the shower room is closed for anti-freezing measures for the prevention of freezing. Please use the neighborhood hot spring facility. There are no toothbrushes, shaving, etc., so please bring your own bring your own. WiFi and parking is available. The main house next door is an old house built about 150 years ago.We are a couple renovated little by little. It's like baking something and drinking something in the hearth! We can also experience the old house, so please don't hesitate to contact us. We have two dogs and a cat team. If you are allergic, please be careful. The toilet is a hand-made flush toilet and composting toilet. On the premises, we don't use synthetic detergents, deodorants, or insecticides, etc.

Kamesei Ryokan is a family-run traditional onsen inn with mostly warm wood construction and gardens throughout. We are an American-Japanese couple that are happy to share our onsen town Togura-Kamiyamada with visitors curious about the Japanese countryside. You can relax wearing yukata robes in your private tatami mat rooms and enjoy the hot spring mineral baths rich in sulfur content. (The onsen baths are tattoo-friendly.) Our chef's creative kaiseki-style dinners are highly recommended.

The room is Japanese-style dormitory room with bunk beds. Each bed has a reading light, outlets and a storage box for valuable items.
