Holiday rentals with a patio in Apalachicola Bay

This was the perfect getaway for my husband, myself and our dogs. Our favorite spot was just sitting on the back porch listening to the waves and watching the sand crabs run around. The property was beautifully maintained inside and out with a kitchen that had everything imaginable. Inside was beautifully decorated and again furnishings all were well maintained. We will be going back here and possibly even bringing some friends with us next time!! We had no problems with the unit, but did reach out to Mitzi once and she responded right away, so I felt safe knowing that we could get in touch with her quickly if need be.

This was one of the best beach spots I have stayed in. First the place itself was equipped with every extra needed. Kitchen fully stocked, plenty of extra towels and blankets, toys and books, puzzles, board games… it had it all. The ac worked great as well and the space was plenty for my big family! Mexico beach is so beautiful and quiet to stay in and just a drive to Panama beach if you want to do some fun stuff for the kids but don’t want to stay somewhere with all the crowds! Would highly recommend Jeff’s place!!

Scott, and Alex's place was just right for my gf, and I for 3.5 days. Very clean, quiet, and just the right size, lots of little extras like ice cream, tons of coffee, etc. at no extra charge. We are frankly kind of weary of chain Hotels, and all the stress that sometimes comes along with 1 or 2 people ruining things for everyone. The beach was an easy 5 minute walk or drive away, plenty of room on the beach, and for parking. We cant complain about a thing, and would definately reccomend, or consider staying here again.

My husband and I had such a great time here! We were looking for a quiet, private place near to the beaches on both the bay and the ocean sides for our honeymoon, which this place was exactly. Salem was extremely responsive, had the place beautifully set up, and had very clear and simple check-in/out instructions. Her recommendations and guides for the island and the mainland were great for our week-long stay.

This is a great place to stay and felt very much at home! Able to walk to restaurants, shops, and ice cream, which is a must for us! Can't wait to stay again!

Listen….to me, the pictures did not do it justice! The place is very spacious and the aesthetic is quite lovely! They kept just enough in the actual building and the decor so that you could see remnants of a train station. Our daughter who was supposed to join us, is an interior designer and she would have appreciated the space! Also everything you could have needed was provided by Carla! We were out with family each day but if you’re the type who loves to cook and stay in…it’s perfect! All your pots/pans/utensils are there Lots of linen, laundry pods to wash, good hand soap, dish detergent, plenty of paper products. Even facial cleaning wipes if you need that. There was a nice basket and card also when we arrived with all types of goodies. The salt water taffy was a hit! The coffee/tea station was top rate!! Also televisions in every room with all the access you need for rainy days. Even games! This one is a keeper if you don’t mind being away from the downtown area which we did not.

Amazing beach home that's perfect for a large family! Jason thought of everything when it came to kitchen utensils, appliances, beach towels, etc. Even laundry and dishwashing pods are abundantly provided. The welcome snacks left in both kitchens were a nice little touch as well. The upstairs has absolutely everything you need to make it your own retreat. Amazing sunsets can be seen from the balcony. The kitchen downstairs is well stocked with great quality items such as air fryer, blender, knife block, spice rack and even a cabinet with common spices, sauces, etc. Mexico Beach is quiet and much less crowded than PCB which was perfect for the toddler that came along with our group! Jason is quickly responsive when contacting thru the app. We couldn't have ask for a better host!

This property was perfect! Clean, quiet, comfortable and super relaxing. Seaweed was apparently the worst it’s been in a while but it did not interfere with relaxing on the beach or swimming in the ocean. We chose to eat one evening in Port Saint Jo which offers a variety of great restaurants. Allisa was super helpful and wonderful to work with. Will book here again!

We enjoyed our family vacay and Charles was very responsive any time I contacted him prior to or during our stay with questions. The house is as described, very nice and clean. Our favorite part was being able to drive the golf cart around the neighborhood and to the pool although it is a very close walk to the pool. I’m not sure who enjoyed the golf cart more, the grandkids or the Dads. :) The beach was not crowded at all which was great. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend this house. You will love it! It feels like home away from home. Thank you for great family memories that were made during our stay!

This is one of the most well appointed Airbnb homes we have rented. They have thought of every detail. It feels like a real home and not a sparsely decorated rental. It’s a short walk to all of the restaurants in downtown Port St Joe and has a beautiful view of the bay sunsets from the front porch. We brought our pup and she had a blast running around in the fenced back yard. The best part of this rental was the host. We had an issue with the AC that was beyond their control and the host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Would absolutely stay here again!

Tara was great to work with. Her place is well taken care of because she actually does stay there from time to time. She proactively gave us lots of ideas for places to eat and go out. There was an unforeseen appliance problem (not anyone’s fault) and she was super communicative and talked us through things till it was resolved, that’s why I didn’t rate it 4, she really did all she could to help. We’d definitely stay there again in the future. Somehow I missed the part where we could bring dogs, her dog kennels were inside and probably the nicest I’ve ever seen so next time that may be the plan. Piece of advice: Bears are a thing. We followed Tara’s instructions about using the can locks and were fine but some neighbors didn’t and their trash was all over the highway. Renting a golf cart is a game changer for the beach, we may never be able to go back to not driving on the beach. We had a great visit and appreciate the help and communication!

We had a great time! The house was awesome and fit our family of 6 perfectly. Everything we needed was right there for us. The short walk to the beach was easy and the beach is gorgeous and not crowded at all.

My family and I love coastal adventures. It was our third time staying there. We have loved and visited the forgotten coast area for 35 years or so. We now own our own land in the area and will build a home soon. Coastal adventures is always clean an well kept up. Love stargazing on the back porch. Love the big window.

This was a wonderful trip. The condo has a beautiful water view and plenty of space for everyone to visit and relax. The space was clean and well laid out.

Good things do come in small packages! The unit is a 2 bedroom with comfortable beds and living room area. Also very nice outside areas (front and back) with a privacy fence and even an outdoor shower, washer and dryer in one area and a screened in porch with nice table and chairs in the other area. Nice kitchen area with ample pots, pans and utensils for cooking, with full sized stove, microwave and coffee maker. Living area has a comfortable sofa and large TV. Air conditioning was more than enough to cool the interior if needed. The whole unit appeared to be updated and was very clean. We would definitely return and communication when needed was always followed up with a prompt reply from the owner.

Beautiful condo in a great location. Mexico Beach is a lowkey beach town and this condo is a short walk to the beach and to a few shops and restaurants. Super easy check-in and check-out. Great place for our family of 6!

This was an amazing stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Mexico Beach staying in this beautiful space! Had some beach gear to use which was nice. The house was so clean and well stocked, and the welcome snacks were a nice touch. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable, and the view of the ocean from the spacious porch was perfect- we spent tons of time out there. Definitely plan on coming back!

House was beautiful. Golf course was beautiful, if your golf. Both pools was clean, almost private, beach wasn’t that close but within 15 minute drive.
