The unit is somewhat dated, but it’s comfortable, clean, and well supplied. Everything worked the way it was supposed to, and Jennifer was very friendly and responsive.

Victor was very attentive and friendly, giving us a ton of local recommendations. The location was quiet and remote, but within a 10 minute drive to downtown St Pete. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Confession: I almost don’t want to write this review because I want this place to stay my little pre-cruise hideaway. But here we are. This Airbnb was absolutely adorable—I walked in and immediately wanted to hire the host to redecorate my entire life. Every detail was spot on: cozy but modern, clean as a whistle, and so well thought out. It made the night before our cruise feel like a vacation all on its own. If you’re debating, just book it (but maybe leave it open for when I want to come back, thanks!).

I stayed a few nights during the week, so this spot was really affordable and convenient. It is impeccably CLEAN, and the open concept kitchen/living area is really nice and well-stocked. The decorations and linens really make the place stand out like a magazine cover. It’s obvious that they take pride in their property and want their guests to feel at home. I met the cleaning lady on the way out, and she was super friendly and asked how my stay was. I can tell everyone here is super helpful and genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. Parking was super easy, too. And there’s an IHOP within walking distance the street for those late night pancake runs! Many thanks! I highly recommend.

We loved this. We got married on the beach and stayed at Rick’s for a couple nights before heading back to Orlando and I can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Very beautiful, safe, secure, private, and overall incredible.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about my stay! Kenny (hosts) were the best I’ve ever had—incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel right at home. The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed (and more). He went above and beyond to make sure my trip was comfortable and memorable. I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, but this experience really stood out. Our stay at Jesus' property was wonderful! The house was spotlessly clean and very well maintained, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and spread out. The pictures in the listing were completely accurate, which is always appreciated. The swimming pool was a huge hit with the kids – they spent hours having fun! The fireplace was a beautiful touch, and we truly enjoyed cozy evenings and making s'mores. Having restaurants and shops nearby was also very convenient. We would highly recommend this place to anyone!

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

The location was close to the places we attended for a wedding. Host was very informative and provided recommendations of places to go and things to do. We will be repeat guests.

My husband and I just got back from the Royal Orleans staying in Marina's unit. This is our 2nd trip to the area, and we love more each time. Marina was very responsive, and flexible as they switched our flights a few times. The unit is very clean, very nice bedding, and towels! Towels were nicer then some hotels we've stayed at! Unit had everything we needed for the week!

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.

We had a really nice stay. Well stocked home. Down to Q Tips and needed to purchase nothing in order to stay comfortably. Nice pool and hot tub and great work out room. Loved it!

The condo was perfect! Had everything we needed for our weeks stay. We felt right at home. The host checked in on us and gave great recommendations for local spots. Home away from home!
