Holiday rentals with a patio in Apopka

The place was beautiful, very spacious, clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The location was great as we planned on visiting Rock Springs which is about an 15 minute drive away. There are plenty of stores and restaurants near by which was so convenient. Thank you for opening up your place for visitors, we would definitely stay again!

The UCF Parents Retreat was absolutely perfect. It is just 10 minutes from campus! It’s a charming, cozy apartment that made us feel right at home. My daughter and I loved our stay, and even Lucy, our 12-year-old Cocker Spaniel, settled in immediately. The bed was especially comfortable, which was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting UCF!

Great location, close to nice restaurantes and stores at walking distance. We stayed over a month and Jason was very responsive and helpful all the time. Thanks Jason for your hospitality!!!

The home was very amazing and beautiful, was very close to Disney and Karla was an amazing host and responded very quickly if we had any questions . I would love to stay at this home again . Definitely 5 stars !

This little studio was absolutely amazing for what I needed! It was a reasonable size and price. Also right down the street from the event I was going to! Lando is also an amazing host definitely would stay here again!

Amazing stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to everything I needed, and the space had everything I could ask for. The place was beautiful, clean, and felt upscale. My girlfriend and I had a great time staying here. The space was big, cozy, and well put together. It had everything we needed and made the trip really enjoyable. The lighting, the furniture, and even the layout made it feel like a home away from home. I did see a few roaches during the stay. One was large and I had to kill it, and a few smaller ones were either already dead or barely moving. That tells me pest control is likely in place, not a major thing since I have family in Australia, but I figured it was worth mentioning just to be fully honest. Other than that, everything else was solid. The location was quiet, the vibe was peaceful, and it felt like a perfect spot to relax. Parking was easy, check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was clear and helpful. If the pest issue continues to be monitored, I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others. We truly enjoyed our time and made great memories together.

Great value. The cozy home is on a dead end street which makes it a quiet place with little noise / traffic. We wanted to be near Sanlando Park, so location was ideal for us. It is also nice for getting to New Smyrna Beach, less than an hour away. I also really liked the furniture which includes several nice, quality wooden pieces. I would 100% stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. It was a great location, convenient to everywhere we needed to go during our time. The house was comfortable with all that you could want and it was located in a quiet area. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I were in the area for a Jr. EYBL basketball tournament for my son. We stayed in the house along with 2 other families and their boys. It was PERFECT!!! So spacious, clean, and well equipped. The lake view was incredibly beautiful! The patio was a nice space for the boys to hang out between games. There were tons of board and card games to keep them busy. There was a nice office space that one of the dads used daily since he had some work to do. The beds were big and so comfortable! I loved the MIL house. It was well furnished and spacious as well. Great for the early to bed people… ME! Richard and Braden were very nice and allowed us a late checkout since our game was a little later on Sunday. I had only 1 question while there and I got a quick response. We have traveled a lot together and everyone agreed this is definitely in our top houses and we’ve stayed in and if ever in the area again, we will be back!

This was an amazing home, it honestly was my pinterest board come to life and felt like I was living in my dream home for a few days. Everything was pretty clean, this place is great for families or group trips - we stayed here for our wedding weekend with bridal and groom party. We enjoyed the area and even took the bikes for a ride by the lake which was really nice, perfect place if you just want to relax and if you want to go out nearby it’s only 15 to 20 minutes away to the nearest town center. Kylie was an amazing host, she was very responsive and we all enjoyed our stay.

This was an excellent place to stay for a my family and I. The location made it easy for us to take a day trip to Disney but still be close to the venue of a wedding we were in town for. Lots of open space made it easy for us to not be on top of one another.

Loved the place. Equipped with everything you may need from pots and pan to fully loaded coffee bar! If/ when I go back to the area, I will definitely be staying there again. Thank you again for opening your home to us.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mike's place in Orlando! From the moment we booked, Mike was an exceptional host - incredibly communicative, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend his place to anyone visiting Orlando and will definitely be back on our next trip!

Maria and Andy were great hosts, very responsive and helpful. This is the second AirBNB I've stayed in recently that they've ran and its been a smooth process in working with them. The AirBNB is well maintaned, the location is bueatiful and its proximity to local amenties makes it a great place to stay. I would highly recommend staying here.
