Staying at Castello Macchiaroli was truly one of the most unforgettable experiences of our entire trip to Italy. The castle itself is breathtaking—steeped in over a thousand years of history, yet so warm and welcoming that it instantly felt like home. Gisella was a wonderful host—so kind, thoughtful, and easy to communicate with. And Paola… what a gem! Her private tour through the castle was fascinating, personal, and full of charm. Exploring ancient tunnels and seeing the castle’s legacy was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Relaxing by the fireplace, surrounded by history, was nothing short of magical. We left feeling like we’d stepped inside a fairytale. If you’re looking for something truly unique and soul-stirring, this is it. I had an excellent stay at Giang and Claudio's place in Sant'Angelo! The space was beautiful both inside and out, and I appreciated its modernity with updated kitchen appliances, A/C, heat, and outlets everywhere. The balcony was the best part where you can sit outside in the sun and overlook the street. Giang and Claudio also opened up their home for me to eat lunch and try homemade, delicious Vietnamese food--an experience also offered in this booking! They were both very hospitable and communicative throughout my stay. I'd book with them again!

Maria’s home was perfect, beautiful location, immaculate, beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you will need. The bed was comfortable and the view from the bedroom balcony was heavenly - especially first thing in a morning when you open the doors to mist settling over the mountains and the silent ancient town below. The rooftop terrace also offers amazing views and is the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing. Tortorella is a hidden gem, a town where time has stood still for many years, come evening the area is literally silent. Incredibly peaceful, the most authentic rural Italian experience you’re ever likely to find. Maria was so much more than an airb&b host, she went above and beyond to make our stay special, introducing us to the lovely locals and even acting as a personal tour guide on our final evening. Always available for advice and recommendations. This is a trip we will never forget and we will definitely return.

To anyone considering a stay at Biagio’s tiny house, we can’t recommend it enough! We stopped for just one night on our way to Sicily, and this charming gem, nestled on Bagio’s beautiful family farm, was the perfect choice. Located only 3 km from the main highway, it’s an ideal stopover or destination. The tiny house is cozy, spotless, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Biagio and his lovely family are truly exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and attentive, making you feel right at home. Even our dogs had a blast roaming the farm, which added to the magic of our visit. We only wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy the serene surroundings and their incredible hospitality. We’re already planning our return! If you’re looking for a delightful, peaceful retreat with amazing hosts, this is the place to book. You won’t be disappointed!
