The studio is located on the first floor, has its own private entrance, and is completely separate from our living area, except for the shared staircase. We place great value on sustainability – our home is heated with geothermal energy and we generate our electricity with a solar PVsystem. Bright studio is 22 m², with a separate entrance. Check-in is anytime after 4 pm. Check-out by 10 am. The studio has a bed 140/200 (2 pers.) plus a sofa bed 140/200 (4 pers.) incl. double duvet 220/200 cm. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, including salt, herbs, coffee and tea. The studio includes a private bathroom with shower and toilet incl. towel, hair dryer, shower gel & shampoo. In front of the house there is parking space at your disposal. Animals CHF 15 per day

Our accommodation is located just outside of Trogen in a quiet neighborhood with a wide view over Lake Constance, adjacent to forest and meadow. Ideal for people seeking peace and quiet who would like to enjoy a few days off in the middle of nature. Public transport is a 10-minute walk away; parking is available in the neighborhood. Ideal starting point for hikes in the region. The lower floor is for the guests; in the upper area we live, that is, a family with two small children.

In our newly renovated Appenzell farmhouse, we rent 5 originally furnished guest rooms. We have a beautiful view of the Rhine Valley and Alps, an ideal starting point for hikes or bike tours 200 m to the train station and yet in the countryside, about 3.5 km from the center of Gais. We offer a rich breakfast with homemade spelt baked goods, freshly prepared Bircher muesli and regional and/or organic products for CHF 12.00 per person per day.

The small pretty room has one bedroom and a private bathroom (unfortunately no balcony) Ideal for exploring St. Gallen in a few days. Good transport links to the city of St. Gallen. (Ticket for the city bus free) Restaurants and shopping just around the corner. The Kybunpark football stadium is also within a 5-minute walk. I look forward to your visit.
