The holiday apartment Casa gioia is located in Diano marina and impresses guests with its view of the sea. This 50 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning as well as satellite TV. The highlight of this apartment is its private outdoor area with garden furniture, an open terrace and a barbecue.

A simple and romantic space, a real room without frills with a kitchenette and a small terrace overlooking the river: from here you can see a small stone bridge... and the sound of flowing water. The accommodation is a single large vault: the whole house has been restored using natural materials, lime and paints made with flour and linseed oil. For the winter months, there is a wood stove that guests can manage independently. Wood is provided for the stay.

The house was recently renovated in 2018/2019 and consists of a comfortable departure room,a fully equipped kitchen with a loft, a bathroom with toilet and shower. And stunning views of the surrounding hills. The house is located in the heart of the village, of which it still retains its original charm.
