This charming little house (40 m²) is perfect for one or two couples or a family with two children. Large single-level room, mezzanine with 2 beds that can be separated or joined together for a second couple. Large outdoor area for relaxing and dining in the shade of the pine trees. The pool, heated by an air-cover system, is shared with the owner (you will have priority use). Open year-round, but “swimmable” from May to September, weather permitting. Walking tour starting directly from the house.

Appartement neuf attaché à la maison avec entrée privée et parking. Venez profiter du calme à 10 min de Carcassonne, reposez vous au bord de la piscine et endormez vous au son des cigales. La piece de vie a une cuisine équipée, et donne sur la piscine, et la chambre et salle de bain ont de belles vues sur le jardin. Vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin, de la cafetière à la machine à laver. Mes enfants et moi , et notre chienne Luna (un beagle) seront très heureux de vous accueillir :)

Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

Our little cocoon is peacefully located in the heart of nature. It is a 36 m2 chalet, which we have renovated to offer you a comfortable place. It consists of a living room with equipped kitchen, a seating area with TV and Wi-Fi and a sofa bed, a bedroom with a queen size bed and an open bathroom with walk-in shower. To relax in any season, a professional spa has just been installed, and you have access to the shared swimming pool (heated during sunny days).

Cheminée, barbecue Bois fournis libre service. Pas de restauration possible. Les fêtes et la location des extérieurs ne sont pas acceptés.
