This is the place that I was looking forward to Stay In Armenia and it turned down to be a perfect place that I was looking for Kevin was very nice and always there when I needed him. I’ll definitely go back again to this place. I also suggest to everybody to check this place out.

Prime location and we couldn’t be happier.

The apartment was clean and everything was handy. It's located in a very convenient neighborhood where everything is within a walking distance, and there are some parks nearby, which was good for us since we wanted to walk with a baby somewhere peaceful. Garen was always responsive and understanding, and quick to react to our requests.

It is within walkable distance to everything. There is a coffee shop next door (Burmunq on Leo/Paronyan) where you can grab a coffee to go, a big grocery store (Yerevan City) is just a 5-minute walk away, and there is a fresh bread shop around the corner (on Paronyan Street). For navigation in the city, I recommend using the yan_dex Map app instead of go_ogle Maps 🌆."

Excellent location, within walking distance of a food court and supermarket, many small shops and stalls. Not far from the center, a park for walks, and not noisy.

Very quiet place, sort of hidden from the street, extremely convenient if you want to visit and explore Yerevan. Literally steps away from any sightseeing attractions. Sara and Eric are great hosts, very helpful and are an absolute pleasure to communicate with. The apartment itself is very clean, very comfortable, has everything a tourist can think of. It has a lot of natural light and we really appreciated that it was so quiet. Overall, just a perfect experience, we absolutely enjoyed our stay and we strongly recommend it to anyone traveling to Yerevan!

This was a great place to stay, it was very clean and Ara was a very good and responsive host. The city center is easily walkable from the apartment. There are also many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I would definitely recommend this place!

Rented the apartment for my short stay in Yerevan. Apartment was very clean, location is perfect with easy access to stores and cafes/restaurants. Aram is a very responsive host, check-in and check-out were fast & simple. Would love to stay there during future trips to Yerevan.

We stayed one night at Yoga home. Very good value for money. Alexsei was communicative and André, who received us a genius. We explained everything and also charlamos con un café de por medio. Very friendly. The room is very spacious and comfortable. There are two shared bathrooms also large and a full kitchen. Also garden with incredible views and a very interesting atmosphere by the people and workshops that are given in the house.

The place really felt like home, its cosy, stylish and most importantly very efficient as a location, price and value. Would definitely book it again for my next trip!

Karo was a wonderful host! He really moved mountains just to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable, together with his brother Narek. When there was a problem with the internet, he immediately went to the unit even if it was already 10pm, just to fix it. He also offered us private tour services using his car and provided snacks for our family, and even dropped us off at the airport at around 11pm. Beautiful and Comfortable Apartment The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was bright. We really loved this calm place and enjoyed our privacy during our one-month stay in busy Yerevan. The host was very friendly, always responsive, and helpful whenever we needed anything. The only challenge we faced was the parking situation—we didn’t receive a key for the barrier, so we couldn’t park close to the house. I'm happy to say that I’ll definitely return to this beautiful place on my next visit!

I’ve spent a month in Eddi’s apartment in Yerevan. I highly recommend it. The apartment is spacious and has windows on both sides of the building. The interior nicely combines parquet floor, warm grey walls and carefully selected vintage furniture. A really nice vibe. BTW, there is an oven (which is not very common in Yerevan). There is a lot of storage space in numerous wardrobes. The apartment is located near a pretty lively spot in the center of Yerevan. The building itself is in a nice lane, and it’s really quiet in the apartment. There is a bunch of good restaurants nearby, and a supermarket just a minute away. Overall, anywhere you would like to go in the center of Yerevan is pretty close to this apartment. I never had to use a taxi. I also recommend the Lover’s park located just a short walk away from the apartment.

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

Wonderful place in the city center!

The apartment is located in the best area - close to all places of interest in the centre of Yerevan, the area is very quiet, you have everything that you need for living close by. The place itself is even better than on photos - it is much cosier. Arkady is responsive and helps with any question that you may have promptly. Definitely recommend this place for a stay in Yerevan.

I was very happy with the house I lived in for two weeks. The landlord was very friendly and helpful. If I want to rent a house again in the future, I would definitely come back.

This is a place I would definitely recommend for others to book. It's in a great location in the centre of everything, making it easy to walk to grocery stores, pharmacy's, local shops and restaurants. The place itself was amazing. It was so clean and comfortable, and also had every appliance that was needed. It's a great place to stay at if you want to be in the centre of the city but still be away from the noise. I would also like to state how amazing the host was. He helped me and my family settle in and also leave when checking out. He was a great help whenever we contacted him or we needed assistance with anything in the apartment.

Levon’s place was great. It was everything I needed to explore Yerevan and come home to a nice apartment with a small kitchen, spacious bedroom, and good bathroom. It was so close to the Cascade and dozens of restaurants. It’s close to everything you would needed to tour around Yerevan. I really enjoyed my time and the location doesn’t get any better than this. It is a little walk to the Metro station if someone needed to take that, but I often found myself walking everywhere. I had a great time at this cute and quiet apartment!

First of all the landlord(Naira) was pretty kind and helpful, I ask what ever question I had regrading transportations service and..., apartment was pretty clean and calm there is one nice and cuzy balcon which poale can enjoy armania soft wind at night, location is pretty close to different markets, shoppings,restaurants, I could say almost everything is in your hands in short time!! There is also some fruit shopping which you can enjoy Armania organic fruit and also eggs,milk... I can write more but I think is enough ☺️. Thanks Naira
