Great house, even better live than in the photos) We stayed with 8 people and everything went great, the pool, the barbecue area is beyond praise plus a great view of Yerevan. No complaints about the quality of the stay, a huge living room, comfortable bedrooms, clean bathrooms, the kitchen has everything you need. Separately, I want to note the hosts of the house. Very responsive and empathetic people, always in touch, recommended very good restaurants, places that will be interesting to visit, as well as organized 2 excursions for us. Thank you again so much for the warm welcome, next time we will definitely stay at your place!

A great place for both a private holiday and for exploring Yerevan and the surrounding area. You can reach the center in 15 minutes by taxi. The house has a large and clean swimming pool, a comfortable grill area, the sauna works well. Five rooms can accommodate a large number of guests. Balconies have lovely views of the city. In general, the house has everything you need, and the host is friendly and ready to help in any situation. From what could be improved: one bathroom was damaged by a faucet and water was not regulated in the shower. Also, there are not enough thicker curtains - after sunrise, there is a lot of light in the bedrooms, you need masks for sleeping.

We had a wonderful time at Vanik’s place! We were 7 adults and a kid, and the place was big enough for a comfortable week long stay. Communication with hosts was great, they were very responsive and provided tools we asked for. Vanik also provided a lot of information about places to visit and even provided custom made videos on how to get to the nearest market for essential food and sanitary needs. If we visit Armenia again, we would love to be back in this place.

Location! Location! Location! Perfect for all. Quiet enough for the kids yet so close to the nightlife. Easy walk to the restaurants at cascade and shopping and you can always catch a cab at the cascade streets.

The pool is quite small, roughly 3 by 4 meters, but it's refreshing for a quick dip in cold water during the summer. Be prepared to bring your own essentials, such as shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, spices and so on. In terms of location, it’s about a 30-minute walk or a 10-minute drive to the heart of Yerevan. The property offers a beautiful city view from its spot on the hill.

I want to thank Ruben and Yuri for a warm welcome, beautiful place and care. The hows is big, comfortable and is a perfect for a big family or a team. Big kitchen with all that is necessary for cooking and a dishwasher. Big bathroom with a washing mashing. 4 separate bedrooms, 2 beds in each, big living room. Perfect space for work and rest. In the basement there is a tennis table, pool, sauna and a second toilet and a shower. Another big pool is in the yard. Lower terrace is located on the cliff with an outstanding mountain view. There is another kitchen, barbecue and few tables, perfect for an open air party. We really enjoyed our stay. Near Garny, is a grate tourist spots, and it's only 30 minutes by car from yerevan. If you're traveling with a company, it's a perfect place to stay.

Great house with beautiful and spacious rooms! We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and the property exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was a highlight for our family—it was very easy to use and well-equipped with plenty of utensils and essentials, making it perfect for preparing meals together. Sumbat, the house owner’s brother, was an excellent caretaker—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Such lovely people made the experience even more special. Thank you, Sumbat, for your hospitality! The location was peaceful and convenient, and the house was comfortable and inviting. A few suggestions for improvement: adding barbecue equipment would be a fantastic addition, and some bathroom pipes and switches could use a bit of upgrading. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we hope to come back again. Highly recommended.

Vigen’s villa in Jrvezh was beautiful, clean, and perfect for our family. The fresh air and peaceful surroundings were amazing. Vigen was a great host, responsive and welcoming. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

Everything was great . The host is very nice and very helpful.. the place is near a downtown and it has 2 great bar near the house. The house was super clean. I enjoyed it and I recommend it

My new favorite Airbnb in Armenia. I wish I could have stayed longer! I felt so comfortable because it was clean and decorated so well! We did not want for ANYTHING during our stay. The weather and water is so clean and fresh. I highly recommend this place who is looking for comfort in the nature.

Good location, partially private area, terrace. Friendly neighbors offered us a portable speaker and lent us flower vases. There was a shortage of essential items and dishes.
