Great house in a quiet area. There are shops and a public transport stop nearby. The apartment has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. The stay was as comfortable as possible.

Good place. The location is great, and everything was clean. There’s free parking available right in front of the property, although it depends on availability, which worked fine for us. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Apartment on the suburb of Yerevan in a family house in a quiet quarter, upstairs, large space, separate entrance, terrace, well furnished. On the ground floor lives the host with his family. Friendly, nice people. The host is also a tourist guide, which is very helpful, he helps to design the program and eventually provides a transport with his car by request.

A large spacious house with all amenities with amenities. Conveniently located close to the airport. Special thanks to Gevorg and his wife for the warm welcome and assistance. We organized a transfer from and to the airport, helped and oriented in everyday issues, were always in touch. Recommended.

Our stay at Arshak’s place was fantastic! The house was beautiful and impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we needed and good view. The home was cozy and Arshak was always available to answer our questions. We can’t wait to come back!

Very nice comfy place near to main city area but still calm and peaceful

Hello, I would like to thank Mr. Ardavaz because the whole villa was very good, clean and tidy. All facilities for comfort and relaxation were available. Very clean swimming pool, good and big barbecue and ping pong table, large and carpeted jacuzzi. Very clean and many sleeping facilities. There were 12 of us and we didn't feel any shortage. I recommend Mr. Ardavaz's villa to everyone. Ardavaz is a good-hearted, kind and hospitable man with good manners. Thanks again to them.

I want to thank Ruben and Yuri for a warm welcome, beautiful place and care. The hows is big, comfortable and is a perfect for a big family or a team. Big kitchen with all that is necessary for cooking and a dishwasher. Big bathroom with a washing mashing. 4 separate bedrooms, 2 beds in each, big living room. Perfect space for work and rest. In the basement there is a tennis table, pool, sauna and a second toilet and a shower. Another big pool is in the yard. Lower terrace is located on the cliff with an outstanding mountain view. There is another kitchen, barbecue and few tables, perfect for an open air party. We really enjoyed our stay. Near Garny, is a grate tourist spots, and it's only 30 minutes by car from yerevan. If you're traveling with a company, it's a perfect place to stay.

Great house with beautiful and spacious rooms! We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and the property exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was a highlight for our family—it was very easy to use and well-equipped with plenty of utensils and essentials, making it perfect for preparing meals together. Sumbat, the house owner’s brother, was an excellent caretaker—attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Such lovely people made the experience even more special. Thank you, Sumbat, for your hospitality! The location was peaceful and convenient, and the house was comfortable and inviting. A few suggestions for improvement: adding barbecue equipment would be a fantastic addition, and some bathroom pipes and switches could use a bit of upgrading. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and we hope to come back again. Highly recommended.

It was great, with excellent location. Communication was smooth and easy.

We stayed one night at Yoga home. Very good value for money. Alexsei was communicative and André, who received us a genius. We explained everything and also charlamos con un café de por medio. Very friendly. The room is very spacious and comfortable. There are two shared bathrooms also large and a full kitchen. Also garden with incredible views and a very interesting atmosphere by the people and workshops that are given in the house.

Beautiful and Comfortable Apartment The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was bright. We really loved this calm place and enjoyed our privacy during our one-month stay in busy Yerevan. The host was very friendly, always responsive, and helpful whenever we needed anything. The only challenge we faced was the parking situation—we didn’t receive a key for the barrier, so we couldn’t park close to the house. I'm happy to say that I’ll definitely return to this beautiful place on my next visit!

The best accommodation I had in Yerevan. I thought the location is a bit far from city center, turns out it’s not! Walkable to the bus station, ATM and big supermarket which open 24hr It has everything you need, washing machine, drying rack, iron, kitchen supplies, hair dryer, etc. It’s located on a 2nd floor, so not much hassle when you bring big luggage. Also host really responsive and super helpful.

We had a good stay at Araks’s place. Located in the heart of the city, it offers a quick walk to a number of sights, restaurants and coffeeshops. The entire apartment was very clean and perfectly equipped for a week-long stay. The hosts are really nice, always very responsive. When we mentioned we would be working from home they kindly offered to provide another table more suitable for work. Check in was also very easy despite the fact we arrived at 4 am.
