The house is located in front of Lagoa de Saquarema and has a deck and an incredible view. The house has an approx. 500m² green area, living room, 4 bedrooms, bathroom with shower stall, 2 kitchens, one of which is an open concept with a barbecue and sink. The house's private outdoor area features a huge lawn, swimming pool, lake, lakeside deck and garage. Great location! 5-minute walk to the village beach, 7 minutes to downtown Saquarema and 9 minutes to the bus station. Bathtub not included. We do not offer bedding.

Large house with swimming pool, gourmet area, 600 meters from Lagoa de Araruama. 3 km from the Bus Station. Great for relaxing and enjoying with family. There are 3 bedrooms, one is a suite, two have air-conditioning, a large living room, with a balcony surrounded by Blindex, a foosball table for the enjoyment of children and adults. In addition to the barbecue, oven and wood stove, and a beautiful garden around the house. There are two houses, one downstairs and one upstairs. The houses are independent.

The city has restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, as well as a 24-hour cashier and gas station, being cut by the Praia Seca Highway, where you can easily access the cities of Arraial do Cabo and Cabo Frio and also the cities of Araruama and Saquarema. The condominium is gated, for private use, with a 24-hour concierge and security.

Casa Lagoa VIEW AND PRIVATE BARBECUE

We installed conditioned air in the two bedrooms in August 2025 :) We had a problem with humidity in the bathroom, already solved! In front of Lagoa das Palmeiras. Quarter with barbecue facing the lagoon, 500m from Shopping Park Lagos, Wi-fi optical fiber and independent entrance. In the morning imagine waking up facing this beautiful landscape and sleeping being surrounded by the breeze looking at the moon. The front bedroom balcony provides this bed or hammock experience, your choice :)
