Apartment holiday rentals in Araruama

Our stay was wonderful. The apto is extremely cozy, and has a beautiful view of the beach of Itaúna. Great location, there is a bakery in the front that is delicious, in addition to the proximity to the surf culture of the place. We love it very much!

We stayed for 3 nights, the apartment matches exactly the descriptions and photos presented in the listing, it is very complete. The host is extremely attentive, responds super fast, and makes Check-in and Check-out flexible to help us, and even left a treat. It is close to Praia do Sol and Praia do Sudoeste. The kitchen is complete and has all the necessary utensils (plates, cutlery, pots, microwave, etc.). The living room has a TV, and the balcony has a very relaxing hammock. The bedroom has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, comfortable beds and bedding (sheets and fluffy duvet), a dresser and hangers. In general, access to the apartment is by stairs (a few), it has Wi-Fi, it is safe, it has a shower with hot water and towels. Ahh the condominium is very pleasant, it has a game room, swimming pool, gym, sauna and a part for children to play and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it!!!!

Anderson is a spectacular person! We received and provided us with all the information we needed and always ready to assist us! Quiet, safe, very clean, and complete environment! And close to everything.. restaurants, bank, pharmacies.. There is nothing to complain about or suggest improvement! I recommend 100%

We would like to thank Fernanda immensely for hosting us at Casinha Náutica 2. From the first moment, we felt at home. The space is cozy, quiet and is located a few steps from the beach. The kitchen is super complete, with everything brand new and impeccably clean. The room is cozy, with a very comfortable sofa and a great TV to relax. The bathroom is spacious, with an excellent shower. And the room… simply sensational! The bed is very comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly and there is also a desk, ideal for those who need to work or study a little. Bed linen, towels and household items were all clean and well cared for, which made all the difference in our stay. Fernanda was an exemplary host: attentive, kind and always willing to help with great tips from the region. We had a wonderful experience and we already want to go back! Our sincere thanks. The place is magical! Direct contact with nature and peace! It is a few minutes from the city, in a charming place, much better than in the photos. There were some mosquitoes, but nothing an insecticide couldn't solve. The hosts are wonderful and super attentive. We really liked it and we intend to return to this paradise! Beautifully cared for apartment and it is exactly as in the pictures. In addition, the kitchen is quite complete. Not to mention that it is very close to the best entrance to the beach, if you want to go to the bathroom or pick something up at the Ap, it's pretty quick! Another positive point: it is facing a fair with good food and fun for children at night. Good restaurants and markets nearby. Market for quick shopping in front of the apartment. Apartment balcony makes it well ventilated, clear and comfortable. Finally, we had a great experience with the apartment and the availability of Ceiça. It's worth the investment for everything the apartment offers.

Excellent experience. The trip was great due to the beautiful beaches of Arraial, but also due to the great stay I had. Whenever I visit Arraial, I will give preference to this accommodation. In addition, Marli has always been helpful and attentive.

I loved the roof, everything was clean and organized , excellent location , right in front of the beach, the condominium is a luxury, with swimming pool , game room and without bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra , from the first moment I thought of renting, removed all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had more doubts, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational , only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

Everything was very good, only on one Saturday there was a little noise due to the high flow of vehicles, but everything was excellent, close to everything, the place was very nice, we would return with my family.
