Holiday rentals with beach access in Arbatax

From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. The apartment is very nicely located, the view from the balcony is unique. The balcony is a communal balcony that you share with 3 other parties. But everyone has their own area, so that didn't bother us. If you are looking for accommodation with good infrastructure, you have come to the right place. There are two beautiful beach bars, several ice cream parlors and restaurants. The port can be reached in a few minutes. I highly recommend a boat trip to the many beautiful bays. Only those who seek peace and quiet and value privacy will probably not be happy here. Even in mid-June, there was already a lot going on and even at night it was sometimes not exactly quiet until the morning hours due to rattling mopeds and occasional beach parties.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment - the checkin with Marta’s aunt was super friendly and helpful, the apartment was very clean and well equipped. We would love to come back and strongly recommend traveling there!

Editta was very friendly and the communication worked perfectly. The location of the place is perfect. I loved the view from the terrace, the mountains on the right, the sea on the left! There was parking directly on the street. The sea is a 5-minute walk away and restaurants and an ice cream parlor are also nearby. We felt very comfortable! Thank you very much, dear Editta! The accommodation is exactly as shown in the listing photos. There were three of us and for us it was ideal, as a place to get around the island. Cardedu is a very quiet village and its people are welcoming and friendly. We were lucky to be there during the traditional festival, in which there was a procession, parades of regional costumes and dances at the end in the town square. Stefano was an attentive host, and although contact was always by phone, he helped us with his information and kindness. The accommodation is close to supermarkets, a greengrocer and a bakery, which has some delicious and typical Sardinian products. A few minutes by car is a large beach, with crystal clear waters, and following the coast, the beaches follow one another with equal beauty. In Cardedu there are some restaurants where you can eat very well. We will return to Cardedu and if Stefano's accommodation is available we will return without hesitation

We were very happy with this place. The view is fantastic, you can quickly walk to the sea. Ideal with small children. The outdoor area is very nice, the bay is fantastic. The mosquito nets ensure a relaxed sleep :) the host was always quickly reachable

We stayed here for a couple of weeks climbing in the area, the location is perfect, walking distance to the sea, supermarket and restaurants. Beautiful walking routes and a short drive to spectacular climbing. We were here in November so it was quiet and peaceful which was perfect for us, I’d imagine the summer is a tad busier! The apartment was spacious, great balcony facing the sea, adequate kitchen utensils, and fairly comfy. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment was very clean and had everything you need. The kitchen is very well equipped. You just have to walk across the street and you're on the beach. We had a wonderful time there!

This place was unreal. So peaceful totally private an absolute paradise we literally had to tear ourselves away as we did not want to leave at all Hosts were very quick to respond and helpful Would definitely recommend Heaven on earth!

The location just steps from the ocean is stunning. The inside of the home is modern and clean and the outdoor areas are beautifully landscaped. Stefano was a gracious and helpful host and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and he provided many options for adventure in the area around this lovely home.

We had a great time and would go again. The cottage was a wonderful size for two, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool was already open. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and therefore it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it gets a little livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk well to the beach, but it is already very steep. I wouldn't push up a full stroller. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and responded immediately when we suddenly ran out of water. Thanks again ☺️

Lovely accommodation in a great location. The view from the balcony is beautiful and it has a lovely seating area to enjoy the view. We loved the location as it was very peaceful but very close to everything. The accommodation was very clean and had everything you needed. Tito was very helpful as well as very communicative. To welcome homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea view and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the time. If you are looking for tourist crowds, you certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the superb balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the fine sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It is not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: the Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca, Adriana, and Ariana. We spent 10 days in April/ May in this sweet little very lovingly furnished apartment with cozy terrace only 20 meters away from a fantastic beach. It is super equipped with everything you could need at the beach. I'm sure we'll be back.

For people who prefer cosy, not-too-touristy towns, just large enough to have a few restaurants and a supermarket, Santa Maria Navarrese is a terrific choice, and Claudia's apartment, located at the end of a quiet side street and a five minute walk from the town center, the perfect match. Great view from the spacious balcony, stylish furnishings, and a bedroom located in the back which stayed cool even in very warm weather. We never used the air conditioning. We made use of both the spectacular coastal walking trail and the beach, both within walking distance. Claudia was a super responsive host, allowing us to change both our check-in and check-out times. Very highly recommended!

we had a wonderful stay. The apartment is furnished with love and really something special. It is right next to a park and a sweet stone bay right on the sea. In the evening you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine of the day and sit in the outside area. the only disadvantage (the landlady can't do anything about it) was daily heavy construction noise from the village, which also did not rest Easter and Sundays.

Amazing location and unit. Unit has everything needed for a long stay and is very clean. Had an awesome time. The only thing was that the internet is very slow. They use a tether box and it's 4g limited so we only got ~10mbps down and 7mbps up. It also seemed to throttle the speeds after ~5gb a day. We ended up just tethering our phones the whole time which worked well since we had 4 bars of 5g from the balcony but was expensive since we have US sim cards.

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

Vanna Daniela's accommodation is lovely! The beach is a few minutes' walk away, a shop is right next door. It's in a great location. The apartment is clean, pleasant, with very good bedding, and contains everything you need for a great stay. Above all, Vanna Daniela is a remarkable host, attentive to the people she receives. I highly recommend this listing!
