Holiday rentals with beach access in Arbatax

We felt comfortable from the beginning, the communication with Sylvianna was quick and very informative. She gave us tips on where to go for traditional food and where to find the best beaches. The beaches were at most a 15-minute drive away, be sure to take a boat tour to the famous bays, we highly recommend the accommodation

From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. Our hosts we're very kind& helpfull. The appartment is spacious,clean & has a very good bathroom (many places don't!). Although there's a bar adiacent the closest beach, we recommend the Sunset lounge (on the hill before the tower). Thankyou Marcella!

We had a wonderful time in Alessandra's lovingly furnished apartment! The beach is really just a minute's walk away and beautiful (and empty). You can also easily do shopping on foot. The surroundings are fantastic and Alessandra gave us great tips for excursions with children. In the apartment there was everything you needed. We will be happy to come back.☺️☀️

Great flat for a small young family. Close to the beach and local shops. Absolutely loved the town and surroundings.

We enjoyed a splendid stay in this enchanted village where the people are generous and welcoming and where the pristine natural landscape is carefully preserved. Our accommodations were exactly as described and depicted. Our hosts were outstanding, friendly, helpful, honest, and generous. We enthusiastically recommend staying at this village for this who seek a Sardinian paradise.

Host is courteous, precise, available. The house is even better than it appeared in the photos, spacious, comfortable, clean, great view, fantastic terrace, hot outdoor showers before going up to the house. Beautiful and uncrowded beach. Everything is perfect, if you are looking for a quiet location, as in our case (2 families with children). It is not suitable for people looking for evening entertainment, a village for walking or shops (there is only a two-minute market). For what we were looking for, everything was perfect.

We had a great time and would go again. The cottage was a wonderful size for two, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool was already open. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and therefore it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it gets a little livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk well to the beach, but it is already very steep. I wouldn't push up a full stroller. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and responded immediately when we suddenly ran out of water. Thanks again ☺️

Lovely accommodation in a great location. The view from the balcony is beautiful and it has a lovely seating area to enjoy the view. We loved the location as it was very peaceful but very close to everything. The accommodation was very clean and had everything you needed. Tito was very helpful as well as very communicative. Ivo's accommodation perfectly matches the description and the sea view from the terrace is soothing. If you have the courage to get up early you will enjoy a magnificent sunrise. Ivo is very welcoming and will give you plenty of info on the restaurants, he told me about a beautiful hiking trail, and a beautiful quiet beach is 5 min from the house by car.

Dorgali, Sardania. What an amazing area of to visit having alot to offer. Having a wonderful host and place to stay made this even better. Alessandro's apparent is located just on the outskirts Dorgali giving you a full view and feel of the country side, but only minutes away to everything, by foot or car. The apartment was super clean, very well appointed and had all the required amenities for our week stay. Noting we could have stayed longer as we felt right at home. We can only qualify Alessandro as a superhost, very nice and personable. He took the time to meet with us, toured the premises inside and out to ensure we knew where everything was. Alessandro also gave us the low down on places to see, visit and great restaurants to go to. Thank you Alessandro it was a great vacation. Best Regards!!!

Nice apartment just next to the sea, clean and has everything you need

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Everything was great and as described. Great location with parking right in front of the house. Check-in without problems. Stefano always reacted immediately when there was something.

If you’re heading to Sardegna, I highly recommend Sergio’s place. It is in a great area right near the port, with a beautiful view, and access to everything by foot. Having coffee in the morning on the balcony watching everyone take their morning dip was a highlight of my stay. The restaurants recommended were delicious. The pistachio gelato downstairs was a tasty end to the night. We also enjoyed a boat excursion with the grotte. It was such a nice day hopping around to all the different beaches. Thank you for such a lovely stay! I hope to come back again!

Well equipped and cosy apartment with fantastic sea view. Calm neighborhood, 15 min drive to the next centrum. Beautiful community pool, but without shadow. Laura was a very responsive and helpful host. Thanks!

For people who prefer cosy, not-too-touristy towns, just large enough to have a few restaurants and a supermarket, Santa Maria Navarrese is a terrific choice, and Claudia's apartment, located at the end of a quiet side street and a five minute walk from the town center, the perfect match. Great view from the spacious balcony, stylish furnishings, and a bedroom located in the back which stayed cool even in very warm weather. We never used the air conditioning. We made use of both the spectacular coastal walking trail and the beach, both within walking distance. Claudia was a super responsive host, allowing us to change both our check-in and check-out times. Very highly recommended!

we had a wonderful stay. The apartment is furnished with love and really something special. It is right next to a park and a sweet stone bay right on the sea. In the evening you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine of the day and sit in the outside area. the only disadvantage (the landlady can't do anything about it) was daily heavy construction noise from the village, which also did not rest Easter and Sundays.

New, modern apartment, good shower and comfy bed. Loved having the balcony and appreciated having a cool bag provided. Cala Gonone is a lovely spot to explore the coast. We also hiked to the canyon at Gorropu . Some earlier comments said that check in was tricky but Margarita gave us very clear instructions with photos which were easy to follow. Parking was easy near the apartment

Amazing location and unit. Unit has everything needed for a long stay and is very clean. Had an awesome time. The only thing was that the internet is very slow. They use a tether box and it's 4g limited so we only got ~10mbps down and 7mbps up. It also seemed to throttle the speeds after ~5gb a day. We ended up just tethering our phones the whole time which worked well since we had 4 bars of 5g from the balcony but was expensive since we have US sim cards.

Vanna Daniela's accommodation is lovely! The beach is a few minutes' walk away, a shop is right next door. It's in a great location. The apartment is clean, pleasant, with very good bedding, and contains everything you need for a great stay. Above all, Vanna Daniela is a remarkable host, attentive to the people she receives.
