A small nice house with about 70 m² of living space in a quiet location, on Johannesweg, 4 km to the thermal baths and 25 minutes by car from Linz. Our house was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2019. Therefore, it is modernly furnished and very comfortable. Here you can rest, relax or take a break on the Johannesweg on a 3-day pilgrimage and feel the magic of the Mühlviertel. Thanks to our network of riding trails of around 700 km on the Mühlviertel-Alm, we are always happy to see hiking riders!

Welcome to the Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cozy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. Upstairs, you'll find cozy sleeping spaces. You can relax in the barrel sauna in the garden or in the hammock with a view. Cafe Machine: Tschibo Cafissimo Various sauna infusion oils are available. Looking forward to seeing you soon :)

Our vacation home is located in a small village in the beautiful Waldviertel highlands, approx. 1.5 hours by car from Vienna. In the surrounding area, there are extensive meadows and forests. The lovingly designed stone house offers modern comfort and a cozy ambiance. In the region there is a lot to discover all year round. The place is great for couples, families and small groups. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Your parking space is right in front of the house. You will stay on the first floor of the 2-family house. A well-equipped, somewhat outdated kitchen awaits you. Bathroom and toilet are separated. Two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and a cozy living room are available. In the garden there are cozy places where you can enjoy the sunset and the magnificent views.

Cozy cottage on the Ybbs for 3 people – ideal for nature lovers! The charming cottage in a cul-de-sac offers a sauna and jacuzzi for relaxation. The river access is a short distance away and is slightly impassable, but ideally suited for stand-up paddling and swimming. A small, fully fenced garden also makes the house ideal for guests with a dog. Arrival is possible both by public transport and in only 1 h 15 min by car from Vienna

Enjoy lovingly restored old cottage in the center with 6 sleeping options, country-style kitchen, hunter's room, balcony and garden! 20 minutes from the state capital Linz, connection in 5 minutes to the highway! Shopping, bus and train connections, cinema, bakery, restaurants & children's playgrounds are within walking distance! Numerous hiking trails in the Gusental region and bike paths lead directly through Katsdorf!

Our rooms are located in the middle of the village of Steinakirchen. In the immediate vicinity are shops, banks, inns, pharmacy, hairdresser, ... In the house itself there is a restaurant/pizzeria. There is plenty of private parking next to the "Green Tree" or on the opposite side of the street. The savings market nearby has a small bistro where you can have breakfast.

We rent a cozy house with garden use for max. 6 guests. The house will not be rented to different strangers. So if you rent the house, you're alone in the house. The use of the bedrooms depends on the number of guests in your group.
