The view from the kitchen looks out on a private pond and local historic (retired) Rio Grande Railroad bridge. Some scenes from the movie Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid were shot by this bridge!

Your experience is enhanced with a gas grill, outdoor seating/dining table, fully outfitted kitchen, and even a clearing for campfire and stargazing. Deer and wild turkeys are frequent visitors. It is also right between Wolf Creek Ski area and Purgatory Resort - you can get to either location in just one hour. It is located in the middle of hunting paradise with deer often hanging out in the backyard. It is a perfect spot to get away from the business of life and relax. Drink coffee while watching the horses eat their breakfast.
