Actually, everything has already been said in the other reviews, we felt very comfortable and were spoiled by Albert with yeast braid, croissants and delicious fig jam! The apartment has everything you need, even if you want to cook yourself. If you arrive by train, you should look for a connection to Rorschach-Stadt, then the way to the apartment is only 2 minutes. Due to the central location, we were able to reach everything far around Lake Constance and the Appenzell region by public transport. We knew beforehand that you can hear the trains with the window open, with the window closed it is well insulated. Albert was always available when you needed him and very friendly! We spent 2 very nice weeks and would book the apartment again at any time!

Everything was great, very clean, huge with plenty of space, parking in the parking garage was free, you live on the 2nd floor. There is plenty to do in the area. The landlord was always available and gave us tips, everything was as described and great. The only thing that bothers me on vacation is that I have to take off the bed linen myself and take out the trash. Otherwise, everything is recommended. Only sockets are strange, thick plugs like a hair dryer from home I could not use.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment from the first moment. Thank you for your cordiality, we enjoyed the stay very much. It's a great hiking area.

Absolutely fabulous stay at Fabian’s house — truly a hidden gem nestled in the heart of the Swiss Alps! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this home was created with immense passion, care, and a keen eye for detail. It’s spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and fully equipped with everything one could possibly need for a perfect stay. The view? Simply breathtaking. Waking up each morning to the majestic mountains of the Swiss Alps right outside the window was like living in a postcard. The location is serene, yet conveniently located for exploring the surrounding areas, hiking, or just soaking in the peaceful alpine vibe. Fabian was an incredible host, and we were lucky to also meet his wonderful parents and friend — all of whom went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. Their warmth, helpfulness, and local insights truly elevated our stay.

Absolutely perfect apartment for a young family. In a perfect location, directly on the promenade with great views, very nice and bright and wonderfully stylish and lovingly furnished. There's nothing missing! And Leonie was one of the best hosts we've had so far. Always available and with great tips!

I was with a friend and my dog in Valdenia's apartment. It's fantastic. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and very clean and personally furnished. The garden is huge and a dream. Well maintained and Mediterranean. We felt very comfortable. The small gestures like fresh eggs and a dog bed are very thoughtful. It is completely consistent. Thank you.

The space was the relaxed retreat for our getaway. Wonderfully quiet. Also ideal for people with children. Very central to reach everything from here on the lake.

This was an amazing place and Nyree was very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The family dog was extremely friendly and enjoyable to play around with. The view was amazing and it was a perfect stay.

Beautiful, small apartment in Immenstaad with sauna and fully equipped kitchen. The host gives valuable excursion tips about the area. The shore of Lake Constance is only about 100 m away on foot, we were stand-up paddles, that was perfect :)

It was a nice experience and the booking was at a last minute call which was accepted by the host pretty fast! The vintage look was unique. Overall a nice place to relax and enjoy.

It was a super apartment with beautiful views. There were "Bodensee cards" on the table in front of us without any explanation from the host about the use of these cards. Unfortunately, we did not know what to do with it. We went to the Info in Sipplingen the day after. Fortunately, we received all the answers for the use of our cards. Unfortunately, we could not dispose of our waste anywhere, because the waste containers were already full on arrival. Even after 12 days, we were unable to lose any weight. So we took everything and threw it away at different supermarkets. For the rest, we had a pleasant stay in the apartment. Tip: possibly a sunshade at the dining room table. It is very annoying when you look at the sun at breakfast and have to put all your "fridge" stuff in the sun. There is an oven, so a few oven gloves would not be a superfluous luxury.

I can fully agree with the positive reviews. Anja is a landlady with a lot of heart, who immediately makes you feel welcome. This is also reflected in the apartment, which is lovingly furnished and in which nothing is missing. In addition, we were greeted with many attentions such as fruit, sweets and drinks, which are not self-evident. It makes you feel right at home. I did the first few days from there in the home office, and the apartment is perfect for this too. It is only 15-20 minutes on foot to the train station, supermarket or the town center, and only a few minutes to the lake. From Langenargen, you can take many beautiful bike tours and excursions in the area. In the apartment, there is plenty of information material and Anja is there with more tips. Conclusion: I can absolutely recommend the apartment! Thank you for the wonderful stay! I will gladly ask again during my next visit to Langenargen 😀

It was a stay made very easy. It's so central and nice to get to the water and all restaurants are in reach. Robert has been very easy to contact and the apartment was super comfortable and very clean. They welcomed us with a little chocolate treat waiting on the kitchen table, felt super welcome!

Nice and cozy little apartment. Had all we needed and worked well with the crib and high chair. It is close to Überlingen which offers everything and we had a great time there. 5 minutes by car there are multiple grocery stores. A lot of hikes possible and a very nice playground in the village.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment Seeliebe and can absolutely recommend it! Everything was very clean, stylishly furnished and perfect for relaxing. The quiet location immediately provides relaxation. We particularly liked the fair prices of the mini-bar - a great addition! Of course, because the whirlpool and the sauna too. The contact was friendly and straightforward. We will definitely come back! Best regards

The accommodation was exactly as described, spacious indoors and outside, with a fabulous garden looking onto the countryside. Unfortunately the weather wasn't warm enough to enjoy more than the hot tub - which was fantastic! There is a bus all the way from the property to the island of Lindau. The host was very friendly and helpful, at the same time giving us space. A brilliant place we would definitely recommend!

We used the accommodation for a weekend together with friends and felt very comfortable. Elke is a super host and the apartment is really nicely furnished and equipped. Glad to come back!

There were two of us staying in this beautiful apartment for two nights and we felt very comfortable. It is a 10-minute walk to the cable car and there is a lot to do. The hot tub worked well and was the special highlight of the stay after the strenuous snowshoe hike. For us, the size of the apartment was perfect. For more people, however, it may get a little tight. We will be happy to come back!

The place was very spacious for two people, it has an amazing view of rhe Constance area & the lake from rooftop balcony which also has a hot tub-it was a great addition and we used it every day. The location is good and easy to access the main locations on foot, is about 20 mins walk to the lake so if this is a problem for you then maybe look to stay closer. The circular stairs to the upper level are tight but ok, just remember to watch your head as i am 6 foot plus and hit it a few times! The unit was fully equipped plus light & bright. The upstairs bedroom did get hot (in summer) but was ok, the bed is big and very comfortable. There was a wine fridge with drinks for purchase which was a nice touch. Overall the place was very much as described & as per the pictures, and the hosts were proactive and very responsive. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others

the house was fantastic, beautiful farm house with traditional Swiss decor. the lift was amazing for us with 2 people in wheelchairs, it made things a lot easier.
