The house is located in the countryside, a few minutes from the center of Marrubiu and Terralba. In 20 minutes by car, you can reach the beautiful beaches of the Costa Verde, such as Pistis-Torre dei Corsari. A little further along, you'll find the beaches of Piscinas, Funtanazza, and others, each more beautiful than the last. In 5 minutes you can find the S.S 131 and you can find the beautiful city of Oristano and the beaches of the Gulf. In 15 minutes is Arborea and its equestrian center.

Avrete inoltre la possibilità di organizzare insieme a noi escursioni a piedi, in mountain bike e a cavallo alla scoperta dei bellissimi fenicotteri rosa e tante altre specie protette presenti nelle zone SIC e ZPS.

Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.
