Vous bénéficierez d'un joli appartement de 85 m2 refait à neuf, avec un balcon filant pour vos déjeuners face au Bassin. Au pied de l'appartement se dessine une petite plage ainsi qu'une cabane ostréicole où vous pourrez déguster huitres et coquillages. Le centre ville d'Arcachon est à 5 min en voiture ainsi que la gare . Les animaux ne sont pas admis.

We will be delighted to host you in this air-conditioned apartment with a private terrace of 40 m2 located on the ground floor of a house (on two levels) completely renovated in 2022 located in the heart of Les Abatilles. The apartment is conveniently located between Pereire beach (800 m walk and 5 min bike ride), Mauresque park (1 km) and Arcachon city center (1.5 km). The bakery is at the foot of the house and the Abatilles grocery store is less than 100 m away.

We do not live there, a key box allows our visitors to take possession of the place independently. We remain available by phone. A company prepares the accommodation after each rental.

You will find all the local shops within 500 m. The beach is a 10-minute walk away. The studio is small but functional, 15 m2 on the ground floor with a mezzanine. It has a parking space. We provide 2 mini-bikes so you can enjoy the many bike paths
