Beach house holiday rentals in Arch Cape

Our stay was perfect. I can see now why this place is so popular in the area. Descent go the beach is close to the property and worth all of the steps. The actual house is amazing and incredibly well-kept. If it went on the market, we would buy it as our forever home. As for Chris, we have nothing but positives to say. He was kind, responsive, and understood that our arrival was impacted by an unforeseen circumstance. He helped us feel welcome and supported, while giving complete, peaceful privacy.

Dee’s place was a great weekend getaway for my friends and family. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms spacious, and of course the scenery was spectacular. Dee was also very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Beautiful oasis! We have a two year old and four year old and truly enjoyed this special place. If you have littles be warned that there is a cliff drop off from the deck to the beach which wasn’t totally clear from the listing/ pics. Also there’s no pack and play or plastic cups/ plates etc for kids so bring your own and plan accordingly. Overall incredible experience and memories for a lifetime.

This was our second stay at the Seaside Chalet. Great location. An easy walk to the beach and close to town, but quiet and private. The house easily accommodated us and a visit of our grown son and his family of 4. The crabbing from the 12th street bridge was lots of fun. Wendy and her husband were very available to answer questions about an easily solved issue. Would recommend!

Kimberly's place was terrific -- just as described and depicted in the profile! Each morning we did yoga on the backyard deck and then went for a walk/run on the beach, which is just steps away from the deck. It's also worth mentioning the kitchen is stocked with good quality stainless steel pans, knives, and other culinary utensils, which was very much appreciated (vs. scratched-up and peeling non-stick pans, and dull gouged knives found in many other Airbnb homes). I would definitely rent this property again!

This place truly was BLISS!!! Felt private and remote. The view is serene. 100/10 would recommend and stay, again and again. Was nice and clean when we arrived. Our 3 yr old had the time of his life roasting marshmallows and spotting wildlife (mom and baby deer, rabbits, even a frog). The adults all had a great time enjoying the view while having a nice soak in the hot tub at the end of the day. Can’t say enough good things about this place. It was a slice of heaven.

Lovely home and beautiful location. We only stayed for two nights, but really felt at home. The host had clearly organized the property with clear instructions and labels that got us acquainted with the property quickly.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful view and super quick walk to the beach. Cute local cafes within walking distance also. And the place felt super private and cozy. Host was very thorough with instructions and recommendations! We would definitely stay again

Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful, heated pool. Perfect getaway for our family. We usually stay at the Worldmark just because of the outdoor pool, but will definitely start staying here. It’s only a 5 min drive and you have the peace and quiet, a pool Pickleball court, and then a five minute drive to downtown if you want the town. Small studio that is shared with a larger home. I think the rest of the home is also a rental so we were thankful nobody else was there. Not exactly what I thought when renting out the “entire space” so not a crazy great value given the nightly rate. Very clean and short drive into Pacific City (less than 5min).

This was a really nice place to stay for a vacation with my husband’s family.

we stayed here for our 24th anniversary and it was everything we wanted and more there was a problem with the water during our stay - Tyler responded very quickly getting us information on the problem it was a broken water pipe nearby not at his house and when we could expect it to be fixed he then bought us a lunch for the inconvenience and finally checked in with us later to make sure the water was back on when it was supposed to be (it was) his response made the issue not an issue do not hesitate to stay here - it was perfection in every way

Goodness this home is absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous decor, well appointed with every last detail thought of. It was bucolic and peaceful and the hosts were gracious communicative. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Spencer’s beach house is fantastic! Convenient location, beautiful views of the ocean, and a quick walk over the hill to the beach. The house was spotless and beautiful.

Really loved the place, it's the perfect spot for friends and family. I've been coming to Cannon Beach for the past 30 years and this was my favorite experience, we will definitely be coming back!

We loved our stay! The house was charming, clean, and comfortable. It's RIGHT on the beach with huge windows overlooking the ocean. The hot tub was well-maintained and secluded. We didn't use it but there's a big wood-burning fireplace that would be amazing and cozy in the winter. The house was perfect for me and my boyfriend and Kristina was an amazing and friendly host! She made sure we had absolutely everything we needed, was flexible about our check-in and check-out time and she's even going through the trouble of mailing me my glasses after I forgot them there. I will definitely be booking again, I can't wait to go back in the summer where we can enjoy their outdoor space even more <3

This place is amazing! The studio is huge and has a rare quality of being both aesthetically beautiful and very comfortable. I loved opening up the screen door and hearing the birds and the ocean in the distance. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen has everything that you could need to cook your own meals. All of the furnishings, bedding and bath products were very nice and really elevated the experience. The only problem I had was that I never wanted to leave. I’m already planning a trip back.

Don't hesitate and book. Even more beautiful than the photos. We had such amazing week! Definitely recommending to friends and family. Hope to be back soon.
