The apartment has two bedrooms,one with a couple and one with guests with two beds,the two quite cozy,a living room and an equipped kitchen,nearby there are supermarkets,pharmacies and the bus stop. The area is quiet and safe. There are 3 miles from the university and 6 miles from Archena,where there is one of the best spas in Spain

New addition of two air-conditioned areas (living room and double room). It is a completely renovated plant,with a lot of tranquility and light. We have a double bed and two single beds of 90cm. We have wifi,Wii,TV, a full kitchen but no oven. Independent bathroom on the same floor and underfloor heating throughout the floor. Access to the floor can be common or independent at the discretion of each guest. Balcony with beautiful views and backyard with barbecue.

Tijdens de koudere dagen kan je genieten van de hout verwarmde kachel die de ruimte goed en knus verwarmd (hout inbegrepen).

A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.

Enkelt og fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet. Liten leilighet med ett soverom. God sovesofa på stue/ kjøkken. Fin utsikt mot fjell og hage med basseng fra terrassen. Terrassen er "romslig". Fine gå og sykkel stier rett utenfor komplekset samt at det er tar ca 10 - 15 minutter å gå til spa anlegget Balneario de Archena.
