Perfect for what we needed. Rooms of equal size and everything was clean and updated. Easy check in and check out. No complaints!

The stay at John’s place worked really well for our family (2 adults, 1 infant, 2 dogs). Plenty of space and amenities! Additionally, there is a great neighborhood brewpub across the street and a beautiful park a couple blocks down. John was super easy to communicate with and friendly during our interactions. I would recommend his place and also stay there again.

I've stayed in both units on this property now, and they are both very comfortable for a short or even a longer stay. This one's a bit more modern in the furnishings. Zach is a great host, and I would happily come back and stay here again.

We stayed at this house for 6 days for an event we were attending in West Sacramento…..The house was a perfect spot for us….The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals….We enjoyed sitting in the back yard in the evenings as well while our dog ran around…..I would recommend staying at this house while in West Sacramento

This place was perfect for my family, very spacious & comfortable with many amenities including a large TV & very comfortable sofas. Kitchen had everything needed with good sized dining room. Bedrooms were large enough with comfortable beds. I’ve stayed in the Sacramento area 3-4 x a years for the past 8+ years & will try & book this place for now on. Price was fair

Conveniently located close to the freeway. It was very hot and the pool was great, my grandson had a blast swimming! The bed in the master bedroom was really high and had to climb up due to having 2 box springs under the mattress but was fine for us, might be difficult for someone with mobility problems. House was clean and comfortable!

Wendy and Richard were incredibly hospitable hosts. Their carriage house was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location within walking distance to the lake. They even have a sweet, friendly dog who made our stay even more enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s place! It was very clean, including the outdoor pool. The kitchen and coffee bar were well-stocked. Ashley was quick to respond when we reached out to her. The house was in a great location near restaurants, stores, and outdoor recreation. I would highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay in Sacramento! This home was walking distance to our friends’ house in Land Park and just a short commute to my husband’s office farther North. The hot tub and backyard space were particularly awesome, and the house was well-stocked with everything we needed (traveling with a three year-old). The beds were comfy and the rooms tidy and spacious. This property also had a friendly, helpful host! Good food and family-friendly activities were easy to access (the Sacramento Zoo is walking distance!) We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of things to do within a short drive. Wei was an excellent host and was very friendly and accommodating to our party. We would absolutely stay here again!

This back unit of the duplex gave my family & I the peace and quiet we needed! Off the bat, Alicia the host was welcoming, friendly and excellent in answering my concerns about the house being a duplex with occupants in the next unit. I was worried about noise level. In truth, we didn’t hear or see anyone from arrival to departure. Large screen tv made movie night fun, as well as game night with provided board games. Check out chores was only to load dishwasher, collect used towels and take out trash. The steep driveway, the neighbors and being close to the road weren’t an issue for us. The pool and jacuzzi put us on chill & relax mode upon arrival.

We enjoyed our stay in Sacramento! It was nice to relax by the pool and to cook our meals in the lovely kitchen. We could have used a few more kitchen accessories (e.g. baking dish or pizza pans), but otherwise, it had what we needed.

Cybil was very responsive and kind, she even greeted me and walked me through the very easy check-in because I was too drained from travel to process. The space was clean and felt safe. The bed was comfy and the space had everything I needed!

House was as described and in a lovely neighborhood, walkable to great restaurants, stores and coffee.

I had a very nice stay here for 4 nights! The accommodation was very clean. Christian was very courteous, checked-in throughout the stay to make sure everything was okay, and was quick to respond to any messages I sent to him. Would stay here again!

My mother and I stayed at Evangeline’s place and I can’t say enough about this place beautifully decorated , the kitchen and rooms are a great size and the beds and pillows are top notch! My mother is older and likes it quiet and this place is on a street with no through traffic. Minutes from Target and Walmart all the fast food and sit down restaurants are all in close proximity to the property. And the host extremely responsive each room has its own heat/air unit not that it didn’t work but I just didn’t understand how to turn the air conditioning on in my space after reaching out to Evangeline for some help she sent not 1 but 2 different high quality room fans for my convenience. I highly recommend this property for your next Sacramento stay

The place is solid for a family that is cool staying in a bit of a hairy neighborhood. I was thankful the parking was in the far back because I was in a very expensive conversion van. It was tough to find food after 9pm... ended up finding a roach coach down the street. Place was clean inside, walls are a little scuffed up but whatever. Had a couple beverages in the fridge which is nice touch. Was a bit hot, the portable AC helped a bit... but was a bit hot in the room with fan on. Shower was nice, bathroom has toiletries in case you forget yours which is thoughtful. Deon seems like a nice host, but there's a partner who responded to me a bit snarky when I didn't understand it cost extra to bring your dog. I only saw that dogs were allowed. Told me she could charge me $250 bucks for breaking their rules but decided to just allow me to pay the $65 fee for having a dog. $410 bucks for two nights? ehh might just get a pet friendly hotel next time since I travel solo.

We stay here to be near to the hospital on Morse. My wife having operation and did not want to be far. Close to stores and restaurant. Neighborhood have homeless around but gate make it feel secure. Very clean home and helpful to have kitchen equipment. Overall pleasant with experience here

Overall great stay, minor issues taken care of by host. Worked well for 5 adults and 2 teens.
