We enjoyed our 3 night stay at Sarah’s beautiful property. This is a gorgeous place with peaceful and private surroundings. Private gate makes you feel safe and secure. Very comfortable and spacious, perfect for family get togethers like ours. Everything you need to relax and enjoy. Bells is a small town but you’ll find anything you need close by. Just a short drive into Sherman/Denison or to Bonham. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Stacey and Edward’s place near Texoma. My husband and I had some luck catching g a few fish in the lake behind the house. Also loved watching and listening to the birds on the front porch and watching several deer show up for the corn we put out. Thanks so much for a wonderful long weekend. We needed it and able to spend it with our kids and granddaughter.

Great stay, beautiful pool and great home! Perfect location close enough to get the things you need but far enough off the beaten path to be peaceful to yourself!

We booked this home for my mom's 80th birthday trip to the casino and I wanted a home that was comfortable, roomy, and in a safe location and it was absolutely perfect. The hot tub was super relaxing and hot. Home is so roomy, decorated beautifully, and we were surprised at how convenient it is to everything but still feels private. We would love to come back again.

All around terrific. Pool was perfectly maintained. Easy, short walk to the pond down the hill with really great fishing!! Indoor and outdoor areas were tops. The theatre room, the interior, and the exterior speaker systems were top quality. Enjoyed by all, we have already discussed booking next year. Thanks, Hannah!

Stacy was a great host! She provided clear directions and instructions on the check-in/check-out process. She also had many suggestions for the surrounding area. The location is very good, as it is so close to the marina. The house was well stocked for a larger group. She was very responsive when I had any questions.

My family really enjoyed our visit. We loved everything about this place. They let us know about a minor issue that was fixed before we arrived. the heads up was greatly appreciated. My favorite things were the comfy couch and the large back patio.

Larry & Tabatha are great! This isn't our first stay and won't be our last. We always seem to make it during severe weather and they make sure we are doing good and feeling safe. Big plus--hanging out with the neighbor! Such a great community and hidden gem of a lake cottage! We truly appreciate the hosts and their love of animals and the lake!!!

This cabin was really cute, and super close to the river ! You can technically swim right in front of it but the waterfall is like a 4 minute walk ! Not bad at all

Cheryl was so friendly and responsive. The home had a lovely lake view and the beds were comfortable. Her kitchen was fully stocked and clean, and there were plenty of fresh linens for the beds. I used the futon in the living room for my son and I appreciated how Cheryl kept comfy padded mattress covers in her closet along with plenty of extra sheets and blankets so that I could make the futon comfortable for him. Overall, it would be a great place to bring some kayaks and some fishing poles.

Cara was a fantastic hostess. The house is better than the pictures shown and has many extras you might need for your stay! Cara's communication was so great it made the whole visit very easy. Thank you!

My wife and I had a wonderfully stress free stay at The Little Ass Apartment! Michael was a great host, was very responsive and helpful when we contacted him. The place is amazing inside and out. The three miniature donkeys led by Eve Girl and Kobe the horse were a fun part of the experience. The Banrdo had everything we needed and was well appointed. We spent our days running through the small towns from Collinsville to Tishomingo, OK visiting antique stores. Once back at the property we played corn hole (which I won) and cards ( which I did not win!) before spending the rest of our evening staring at the stars while we sat on the swings outside. What a great place to just get away from the big city! One of our favorite weekend getaways. Thank you Michael and family for your hospitality and allowing us to share your beautiful place! Natalie was a fabulous host! Very communicative, friendly and responsive! Home had EVERYTHING we needed, so cozy and clean! Peaceful, quiet surroundings, but close to the Winstar casino! 8 minutes(ish)!
