Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ardore Marina

The check in process and location may seem daunting, but it was perfect for exploring Sicily right off easy to take car ferry ... the rooms and balcony were clean and spacious - the view and nearby pizza was excellent for our first night - would love to stay and visit my homeland again someday!

Very large accommodations with washer which was very convenient. No need for a dryer as the warm Calabrian sun dried our clothes in no time. On site parking was a blessing. Wished that we could have made use of the full kitchen, but we were only there for 2 nights. Simona was a gracious host and was very helpful in all of our questions. Great place!

A perfect stay! This apartment in the heart of Reggio Calabria is a real gem. The location is simply unbeatable: very central, close to all the main points of interest. The apartment is brand new, modern and cared for in every detail. Every comfort is assured: air conditioners in all rooms, a dream-equipped kitchen, two impeccable bathrooms, a washing machine, a dryer, and even a charming private garden where you can relax. The hosts, Diego and Antonella, are extraordinary: kind, helpful and always attentive to every need. Their hospitality makes this apartment even more special. Don't look elsewhere! Great stay here. Lovely view from the square around the corner and close to everything (if you don’t mind stairs!) The shower didn’t work very well but was fine for one night!

We stayed for five days and enjoyed the incredible view of the mountains and sea from the terrace. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is important to know that there are many stairs both inside the apartment, and getting to the apartment from the parking locations. Having said that, Marco was very thoughtful in checking that the stairs would not be a problem for my elderly father. Marco also was helpful with his knowledge of the town of Grotteria. We were able to find out more about our family history and the house in which my father grew up.

Perfect location 5 minutes from the sea and the Reggio Lido station, so also great for those who do not have a car for getting around. Super helpful host, who came to the rescue immediately when needed. The right place to visit the city and stay a few days.

Well-decorated small house equipped with almost everything you need for a short place to stay. Convenient location to reach the sea of Roccella on foot. Very friendly and responsive host.

A cheerful and charming holiday home, well stocked and in excellent condition. The balcony has a magical view of the sea and coastline. The kitchen, living space and balcony are at the top, the two floors below each have a bedroom and bathroom. It is just a few steps up from the wine bars and waterfront restaurants of Chinalea, and a few steps down from the coffee bars and supermarkets of the town centre- there is also a stairway to the beach. If you want culture the Riace bronzes are 20 minutes away by train and one of the best artworks in all of Italy. Don't panic if you can't find the house straightaway, the house numbers repeat themselves for the main street, vico primo, vico secondo and so on- the locals are super friendly and will help if they see you looking confused.

Excellent experience! Mrs. Paola's apartment exceeded all our expectations, everything clean and cared for in every detail and makes you feel at home. Mrs. Paola and Mrs. Adele were extremely welcoming and ready to meet our every need. We hope to be back soon!

Great place to stay, modern, well organized and super clean. The climate works perfectly and the apartment is equipped with almost all the comforts. The host was very hospitable and attentive in his communications. Only small criticism: the hot water worked intermittently from time to time. However, I can say that we had a great time and overall it was an excellent stay. Highly recommended.

We had a very successful stay. The house is beautifully situated in a wonderful and quiet area. We will remember the week in Calabria fondly. We recommend evenings in the town of Badolato.

First off, it was immediately easy to see why Luigi is rated as a superhost. He greeted us with a huge smile, he was extremely in touch without being obtrusive, in the days leading up to our arrival, and he met us quite early (earlier than most hosts would ever consider) to meet us and show us the unit and give us the keys. Also, I messed up and locked both the keys and my cellular in the apartment - and a neighbor totally rescued us by calling Luigi - AND, Luigi showed up in under 10 minutes! I highly recommend this host - no matter what property it is, you can rest assured that you will have a fantastic experience. Luigi ALSO, by the way, provided one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed - it was immaculate upon arrival! Thank you, Luigi! 7 stars out of 5!!!
