In a detached guesthouse of approx. 60sqm, on our farm, you can enjoy panoramic views of Åreskutan and Kallsjön. The flat has its own entrance, divided over two floors with entrance hall, shower room, exit to pool deck on the groundfloor. The upstairs studio has a kitchen with all mod cons, dining area, sleeping area with king size bed and extra single bed and a sitting area with sofas and wood burner. It's a light and airy space in very quiet, peaceful surroundings with nature on your doorstep.

På övervåningen är ett fullt utrustat pentry (induktionshäll, mikro och kylskåp) och två sovalkover - en med två 80 cm sängar och den andra med två 70 cm sängar, som går att sätta ihop till dubbelsängar. Soffa och TV i den ena sovalkoven. Kontorsplats för uppkoppling av dator till skärm och wifi. Fin turterräng bakom huset med väg ner till Helgesjön (2 km) och skoterled till Fröå gruva (8 km).

Välkommen till vår nyrenoverade och familjevänliga sommarstuga på vår lantgård i Offerdal. Här bor du lugnt och naturnära med fjäll, skog och sjöar i närheten – perfekt för både avkoppling och utflykter. På gården finns kor, häst och katt, vilket brukar uppskattas av både barn och vuxna. Sommartid finns mysiga caféer inom gång- eller cykelavstånd samt fina badplatser, fiskevatten och skogar rika på bär och svamp. Täcken och kuddar finns. Sängkläder tas med eller kan hyras för 60 kr/set.

A lovely, sheltered terrace with views of Skutan, Lake Åre and Renfjället. The studio is newly built and offers everything you could wish for.

Du kommer att ha nära till allt i Duved när ni bor i detta centralt belägna boende. Ca 100m till byliften som tar dig till Hamrebacken i Duved och skidbussen till Åre. 400 m till ICA. Mysigt litet gästhus med egen ingång, litet kök, med spis, ugn, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin. Dusch, toalett och tvättmaskin finns. Ta ut och släng sopor, soptunna finns på uppfart, återvinning finns på andra sidan E14 innan längdspåren. Städning ingår.
