Small house close to stadium and city

Convenient apartment building of 30 sqm in quiet residential area a stone's throw from the stadium, close to the forest and the main lake but at the same time close to the city. On our site is a new built guesthouse. Fully decorated with kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen complete with oven, two induction tiles, kitchen fan and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine with drying function. It is a bedroom with a piece of 160 cm bed and a sleeping loft with two 90 cm mattresses. The loft with a ladder up and suitable and cozy for children.

Guest apartment in farmhouse built in 2022 with high coziness! On the lower floor is the entrance hall, a toilet and a shower. Upstairs is a fully equipped kitchenette (induction stove, microwave and fridge) and two sleeping alcoves - one with two 80 cm beds and the other with two 70 cm beds, which can be put together into double beds. Sofa and TV in one sleeping alcove. Office space for computer to screen and wifi connection. Nice hiking terrain behind the house with road down to Helgesjön (2 km) and snowmobile trail to Fröå mine (8 km).

3km south of Järvsö is our health farm Jon-Anunds from the early 1800s. Here you live in our guest house with a great view of the Valley of Light. In the yard you can move freely, in the barn, children usually love to climb, skateboard and play ping pong. In nearby areas, you can take a nice walk and maybe there will be a dip in Ljusnan 600 meters from the farm. In the evening you can fire at the barbecue area and look out over the valley. There is also a unique 200 sq ft log house from 1847 for rent on the farm.

Peaceful natural area where you can go for a walk. Patio with awning, barbecue and sun loungers. Car is helpful to have as it is 3 km to the nearest bus. This wonderful guesthouse is located in perhaps the most beautiful spot in Sweden. Located directly on a lake and on the other side the beautiful forest. The house is on an island, but is accessible via a fixed road. The airport and the cozy city center of Östersund are only a 20-minute drive away. The lovely ski resort of Bydalen and Åre can be reached in less than 1 to 1,5 hour. Moose Garden is located within 5 km. In short, a dream place!
