50 meters near the marina and a nice little beach. The area is characterized by narrow, beautiful gardens and cobblestone streets. The house, from the 1700s and is peacefully and harmoniously located, close to the city's harbor, squares and pedestrian streets. The house has three bedrooms, a generally nice interior, heating cables, a modern bathroom and fireplace in addition to a very idyllic small garden. The harbor has all the amenities: catering, beach, heated pool and berths. The family's rowing boat (fjerding) can be rented by appointment.

You will live in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment. The remaining part of the house is not used during the summer. Annex with pool bar and outdoor living room under roof of approx. 30 sqm. A holiday tip is to start the day by paddling a trip in the archipelago and watch the day come to life. Then take a fresh morning swim in the sea or in the pool and then enjoy a well-deserved breakfast, preferably by the pool that is bathed in the sun. The annex is not applied for as a bedroom. Evacuation requirements and fire alarm requirements are met.
