At walking distance from the Cala Rossa beach and access to the Solarium, near Pubs, Pizzerias and Restaurants, the stop of the electric bus is close to home. L 'accommodation is suitable for couples, business travelers and families (with children). Angela and I shall strive for excellent reception.

In 2022 Casa Carlotta has undergone a full and radical renovation to enhance the beauty of the position of the house and to increase the comfort for our guests. We are happy to share the results with our guests. In 2024 we have further upgraded the kitchen area. Casa Carlotta offers a stunning location; an uninterrupted 180-degree sea view of the mediterranean, enjoyed from the large terrace that surrounds the house, and access to the sea which is just a few short steps away.

The apartment is located within the Plemmirio natural park, a popular destination for underwater and water sports enthusiasts and being located 100 meters from the sea is also convenient for families, couples and small groups. A beachfront spot right at the end of the street, an equipped beach with a restaurant within walking distance, bars and small markets in the surrounding area make the atmosphere comfortable, relaxing and holiday-maker. Dionisio 6 is an elegant, cozy and warm ground floor apartment, located in the Jewish neighbourhood of "La Giudecca" in the heart of ORTIGIA, just 50 mt from the sea. Our loft has been completely renovated in 2021 through a careful conservative restoration using the highest quality materials in order to respect the characteristics of the ancient building in which it is located. Functionality and design have been mixed with the antiquity of the architectural structure.

Bimmisca Cottage - cypress

“Cottage Bimmisca”is a charming small house with a wonderful view of the sea of the Vendicari nature reserve, seemingly floating on a cloud of olive trees. The cottage is about three kilometers from the sea, Noto and Marzamemi are equidistant about 15 minutes by car. It is located in the countryside, in an independent and private position near the house of the owners of the farm bearing the same name (eight hectares planted with organic olives and almonds).

La Terrazza

The apartment, recently renovated, is located on the third floor near the Porta Marina. The location is optimal for those wishing to visit the beauties of this land, including Piazza Duomo, Forte Aretusa, Piazza Archimede and take long walks enjoying the exceptional view of the sea of the Marina. It is also possible to reach wonderful seaside areas by choosing between a relaxing day at the beach or in one of the many solariums on the Ortigia seafront.

Cozy, tastefully furnished studio in the historic center of Ortigia near Fonte Aretusa and Piazza Duomo, characterized by a beautiful arch and a beautiful ceiling in old exposed beams, dating back to 1870. Those who stay only one day, (sightseeing and fleeing) may not know that, Syracuse with its beauties, its history, the countless enchanting places, with its many attractions, definitely deserve much more time to dedicate!
