The building is conveniently located at the center of a private estate terminating on the renowned beach “Arenella” in the Siracusa shoreline. Being the building fully immersed in vegetables and wheat fields, it is surely the ideal place for whoever desires to stay close to nature and fascinating landscapes bonded to the sea and to the history of Greek culture.
