Holiday rentals with a patio in Arenella, Naples

Silvio was very responsive and kind. the apartment was clean and the washer was a huge bonus. It is in a very vibrant and noisy area - lots of nightlife. May not be the best location for light sleepers or small children, but it provided a really unique experience. Tons of food and bars close by. We loved our time there and would stay again!

Francesco is a thoughtful and accommodating host. He was communicative, gave local recommendations and gave clear instructions. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need. For example, there was a large bottle of shower gel and shampoo, and this is the first place I’ve stayed in where the host has bothered to provide an iron. I was very impressed with Francesco’s attention to detail and his professionalism. The location is good. It’s near Piazza Dante, which is a bustling area, but located on a quiet and relatively peaceful street. The terrace is lovely. It is well kept with nice plants and flowers. The air conditioning was great, as were the blackout blinds. Francesco let me leave my luggage at the property whilst I went off and explored the city before leaving for the airport to go home. This was a very nice touch. I recommend staying at Francesco’s place if ever in Naples.

Wonderful house and good size for our family. Very friendly host

This was an absolutely wonderful stay for our family of 4. Staying in the heart of the Spanish Quarter was one of the highlights of our trip—so much energy, food, and culture in the area that really immersed us. The view from the top is unbeatable and a great way to wind down at the end of the day. The pictures don’t do justice to the views and the amazing living room. If back in Naples, we would definitely stay again!

Modernt inredd, fräsch och välutrustad lägenhet i hjärtat av Neapel! Fantastiskt folkliv, med affärer och restauranger runt knuten med många hjälpsamma människor om man reser med barn (vi reste med en 3-månaders bebis). Lägenheten påminner mycket om ett hotellrum med ett litet pentry. God kommunikation med Anna och vi gillade att vi kunde lämna bagage till eftermiddagen när vi skulle resa hem.

This spot was very spacious, comfortable and perfect for walking bustling avenue of close-by shops, restaurants, and attractions. Host was very kind and gave us a warm welcome!

Ciro è stato super disponibile in tutto, addirittura, al momento del check-out, visto il mal tempo, si è proposto di accompagnarci in stazione. Assolutamente consigliato, molto vicino allo stadio. Appartamento pulitissimo e ben tenuto.

Biagio was a perfect host. He was so attentive and always ready to help. The apartment was also amazing. Everything was in walking distance, from great pastries shops to amazing pizzerias. You could also reach Herculaneum by foot its truly a place worth visiting. Our stay could not be more perfect.

Carmen è un’host eccezionale, attenta, disponibile e sempre pronta a far sentire i suoi ospiti a casa. Il suo appartamento è un vero gioiellino: curato nei minimi dettagli, pulitissimo e arredato con gusto. Ogni angolo trasmette calore e accoglienza, rendendo il soggiorno estremamente piacevole. La posizione è comoda, in una zona tranquilla ma ben collegata, perfetta sia per rilassarsi che per esplorare i dintorni. La cucina è ben attrezzata, il letto comodo e l’atmosfera generale è quella di un rifugio sereno e rilassante. Carmen ha pensato proprio a tutto, dai piccoli dettagli decorativi alle attenzioni pratiche che fanno davvero la differenza. È evidente quanto tenga ai suoi ospiti, e soggiornare qui è stata un’esperienza più che positiva. Torneremmo sicuramente e lo consigliamo vivamente a chiunque cerchi un luogo speciale dove sentirsi coccolati. Grazie Carmen per la tua ospitalità impeccabile!

O espaço de Silvana foi extremamente valioso para uma experiência legítima em Nápoles. A localização privilegiada permite o acesso rápido aos principais pontos turísticos. A casa é impecável e a hospitalidade de Silvana nos deixou confortáveis pra sentirmos em casa.

L'appartamento si trova praticamente in piazza San Domenico, perfetto per chi come noi era senza auto e voleva visitare le attrazioni principali a piedi. Piccola nota l'ascensore funziona con 10 centesimi, se volete utilizzarla tenete una scorta. L'interno è ampio, rimodernato di recente, con ottime finiture, il terrazzo ampio merita da solo il soggiorno. le camere sono comode, ciascuna col proprio bagno. La cucina è stata ottima per le colazioni. se venite in auto dovete considerare un parcheggio nella zona perché sotto casa è impossibile.

Constantino was a fantastic host, he was the perfect mix of attentive and hands off. We had privacy but knew we could contact him whenever. Authentic Italy, with a hidden terrace of paradise. Gets the sun in the afternoon so you can sunbathe. Local beach within 10 minute walk and surrounded by bakeries and pizza restaurants. Very close to the supermarket if you wanted to top up your supplies. The apartment was spotless with lots of space and good air con. Thankyou again to Constantino and his lovely family for welcoming us, hope to visit again 🥰 Ciao!!

Excellent location easy access to all the things to do around Naples, we even got pickup and drop from Ciro's place for our Day Trip to Amalfi Coast. Ciro is extremely helpful and was our friend and guide for recommendations on all things to do, where to eat, Taxi drop to Airport, you name it he had the answer. The sit out was excellent for our morning & some days evening cup of coffee. It has all the comforts of a modern furnished apartment with add on personal touch of Ciro for a well stocked kitchen which took care of most of our needs.

지금까지 이용해 본 에어비앤비 숙소 중 가장 좋았어요. 호스트인 Corrado는 매우 친절한 사람이였어요. 그는 우리를 약속장소에 마중나와 숙소까지 친절하게 안내해 주었어요. 숙소는 3층이라 엘레베이터가 없는데 그가 우리의 무거운 캐리어를 들어주었습니다. 그리고 집을 하나하나 매우 친절하게 안내해 주었으며, 웰컴 와인과 필요한 물도 제공해 주었어요. 그리고 그는 나폴리 가이드 및 숙소 내에서 필요한 것들을 편하게 물어보라고 친절하게 알려주었어요. 나가는 날에도 그는 우리가 말한 체크아웃 시간에 맞춰 나중나와 주었고 우리의 짐을 들어주었어요. Corrado는 우리가 정말 나폴리에서 행복한 기억을 만들고 갔으면 하는 것 같아요. 그의 친절함과 따스함은 우리 마음에 계속 남을 것이며, 덕분에 나폴리에서 좋은 추억을 가지고 갈 수 있었습니다.

Siamo stati 3 giorni nella casa di Claudia e ci siamo trovati benissimo, la casa super carina, molto fine e soprattutto pulita, con tutto il necessario e uno splendido terrazzino, ci sono anche un sacco di indicazioni su cosa visitare e dove andare a mangiare in un book situato in sala, la metro é a pochi passi dall appartamento e in poche fermate si é a Napoli centro, l’ accoglienza di Claudia non ha eguali, una persona meravigliosa, spero di rivederti presto. The house was amazing! Very clean and exactly as described. Louka was a fantastic host—he welcomed us and explained everything we needed to know about the parking and the apartment. The location of the house was excellent, right next to a train station that’s about 20–25 minutes from the city center. Everything you might need is within walking distance. We would definitely choose this house again!

Carlos’s apartment was the perfect base for our quick city break in Naples. The space is surprisingly large, spotless, and finished in a sleek, modern style that feels brand-new. Check-in was straightforward, communication easy, and everything—from linens to kitchenware—was immaculate. The location made it simple to reach the main sights, then retreat to a quiet, comfortable home at the end of the day. We left very happy and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended for anyone planning a short stay in Naples!

È stata un'esperienza stupenda conoscere un host come Giacomo, e posso dire di viaggiare abbastanza, ma ultimamente nessuno ti accoglie più, trovi solo lucchetti e codici da inserire! Giacomo è stato premuroso, fin dall'inizio, vedendo a prendere me e mio figlio in stazione! Ci ha accompagnati fino su, in casa, illustrandoci tutto! Ci ha fatto trovare sul tavolo, tanta frutta fresca e diverse cose per la colazione! La casa è curata nei minimi dettagli, con una cura e un gusto non scontato! Ho trascorso 5 giorni in serenità e in piena comodità! Non mancava, NIENTE!!! È stato tutto perfetto dall'inizio alla fine, quando il signor Gaetano, papà di Giacomo si è reso disponibile ad accompagnarci in stazione, per il nostro rientro, regalandoci anche una leccornia! Era tanto che non venivo curata così da un host!!!! Complimenti ancora...Un abbraccio a presto Paola e Rocco

Stefano’s apartment is a real gem 💎 It’s beautifully decorated, clean, have all the amenities you need for a visit and is surrounded by lovely neighbours. The location is also perfect, as it provides an escape from the beautiful centre whilst being a great central point for various activities and getting around the city. Stefano was also an excellent host and provided very detailed information on check in (made it easy to find the flat), recommendations for the area and was always available if we needed anything. Would highly recommend staying here if visiting Napoli - thanks again Stefano 🇮🇹😊

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay! The apartment was beautiful, very well-equipped with everything we needed — even drinks and a welcome Prosecco in the fridge. It’s in a great location and the rooftop terrace is stunning. The best part was the warm welcome and amazing communication. Mattia was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always ready with great tips and explanations. We felt truly well taken care of. Highly recommended!

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt wirklich schön! Die Unterkunft war sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Dachterrasse mit Aussicht wirklich toll. Man merkt, dass sich die Gastgeber Mühe geben. Auch die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Die Nähe zum Zentrum war vom Vorteil, sowohl mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, als auch zu Fuß. Einziger kleiner Nachteil war die Geräuschkulisse von draußen. Mit Ohrstöpsel ließ es sich aber trotzdem gut schlafen, daher für uns kein großes Problem. Alles in allem können wir die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!
