Elena was an amazing person. From the beginning, I felt the warmth. Although I only stayed one day, the place is close to the airport, so taking a Bolt is not very expensive. In addition, the place looks better in person than in the photos. It's very clean and I highly recommend it.

The apartment is great, in the center of Madrid, it's really worth it

This apartment was brilliantly located right in the heart of Madrid on Gran Via. The apartment is very comfortable and had everything we needed and expected. All very clean and well equipped. The host and colleague really helped me with a tricky situation - I had to find a replacement tyre for my car and whilst my Spanish is poor, they recommended a couple of useful options to help me get the car fixed. I really appreciated the support and help. We would highly recommend this apartment.

We had a great time in the apartment. Bedrooms were very nice as well two bathrooms were sufficient for a big group. Perfect size for big group. Great neighbourhood as well!

Similar to the photos and in a great location, there was a little noise at night.

Apartment in very good location. All kinds of amenities as soon as you leave the building. Everything was very clean. The kitchen had everything you need for a two-week stay. Oscar was super flexible and diligent helping us modify the dates and with the time of departure. Definitely recommended. Thank you very much!

Excellent apartment, 10 min walk from the Gran Via and with a store to buy what you need in front and two metro stations less than 2 min away, including the one that takes you to the airport. I'd stay in the apartment again without a second thought.

Magnificent place and exceptional service. It is not accessible by car (it is the center of Toledo), but there is the possibility of private parking five minutes walk away. The apartment has all the necessary services, despite being a historic house, and offers a very complete breakfast service. The host gave us clear instructions and was available throughout the stay. The location is great. The apartment was nice. Only downside was that one of the rooms didn’t have AC. Other then that it’s a lovely place

The place was peaceful and near to everything you would need. The unit is big and comfortable enough for 5 people.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, with access to two Metro stations very close by. The apartment was clean and the host was very responsive. Some of the areas of growth include that the ceiling had had a leak and the paint was falling off in a corner and that the shower head was leaking and water from the shower head therefore had less pressure. Also, I would have liked to have laundry detergent and dish soap for the washer machine available in the apartment. I had to purchase these separately. Otherwise, a lovely stay!

Espaço organized, clean and close to Puerta del Sol and Gran Via. We'd really like to stay the weekend in Fran and Isabel's apartment and we'd be staying again! Thank you!
