Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

We rent a beautiful ground floor apartment in the countryside near Merazhofen. The apartment offers plenty of space for beautiful days in the Allgäu. The two terraces invite you to relax and grill, while on warm summer days the river Argen invites you to refresh. Two parking space is available in front of the house. The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating and can also be heated with a fireplace for the ambience. There is 1 bedroom with 3 beds and one with a double bed.

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Beautiful cosy small holiday apartment 35 sqm in a really quiet location at the western gate to the Allgäu. Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

Isabell contacted me before arrival to make the arrival as smooth as possible. The accommodation is as described and you have everything you need for a vacation in one room. The parking lot is right in front of the apartment exchange and is super convenient, as you can bring the luggage/purchases directly into the apartment. The old town of Isny is within walking distance in a few minutes, but you still live in a quiet environment. We had a great week in the Allgäu with Isabell ☺️

Beautiful and large apartment with a great large garden, very quiet location and yet good motorway connection. We were there with 2 children, grandma and grandpa and felt very comfortable.
