Lovely spacious apartment with a great view

Our stay at Spyros place was great. Such a cosy and pretty home, with a really nice and private yard. We loved the area, and used it for exploring local restaurants and nice vintage shops, it was also easy access to the metro, as well as walking distance to the center (approximately 30 min) , and just next by Acropolis and Socrates prison. I would for sure recommend this place for anyone who appreciate tranquility for their stay, and easy access to more lively areas. Spyros was very responsive and helpful, and provided very flexible check-in/check-out possibilities. We would not hesitate to book it another time :)

Very close to Akelis beach, local supermarket and bakery, although a little further (still walkable c30 mins) from the main town. Great balcony and pictures as described

We had a very nice and relaxing time in Saronida. The apartment was very clean with modern and new furnishings. The absolute plus was the large terrace, with a great view of the sea. Those who are bothered by possible street noise should consider booking, for us it was not a problem. Communication and tips were great 👍

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Anastasia is an exceptional and thoughtful host. Her studio is exactly as pictured and is one of the most well appointed Airbnbs we have stayed in. The patio enhances the studio with privacy and a comfortable place to eat or relax among her plantings. The location is a short walk from the ferry and walkable for beach, port , shopping and restaurants. She sent specific instructions for entry and many tips on enjoying our stay. Also sent us up to date ferry schedules reducing the stress of getting there. Highly recommended!! Thank you Anastasia.

What an amazing apartment. Fantastic location with stunning views, yet very private - no one else was in the complex while we were there. Lots of facilities; the big barbecue and pool were our absolute favourite. 😉 Panos was a great host - very quick to respond and shares tips for places to see and restaurants. Just make sure to bring enough mosquito repellent, if you don’t want to end up as insect dinner.

The house is beautifully designed and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay—whether for cooking, relaxing, or keeping warm on chilly nights. The fireplace was a highlight for us after long days of hiking and climbing. Eirini gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, which was especially helpful since the road to the house is quite narrow. That said, we managed fine with an SUV (Dacia Duster). The location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with plenty of hiking trails in the area. After a full day outside, it was great to return to such a cozy and inviting home. We were three adults staying for five nights on a hiking and climbing trip, and the place suited us perfectly. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay in Efi's apartment, comfortable and the hosts very warm booked us a wonderful welcome. It was a nice exchange through the visit of their estate and garden. The place is located in the vineyards in a beautiful surrounding nature a few steps from the old Nemée. It's perfect for visiting. In addition, they have a restaurant. Everything was very good! Thank you to Efi and Theo for their smile and kindness! We will come back, I hope, in any case with pleasure.

I had such a wonderful time staying here! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and it really felt like a home away from home. What made the stay extra special was the thoughtful hospitality. She was super friendly, responsive, and full of helpful tips about the area. If you wish to be in the heart of Aegina's capital, this is the place to be! This traditional flat from wood and stone is located at the picturesque centre of the city, just a few meters from the seaside promenade and walking distance from all the restaurants, cafés and shops! Although the flat is located in the middle of the old town and all restaurants and places are really next to it, noise is not a problem since the sound insulation windows are really efficient. The flat has 2 bedrooms (1 king size bedroom with ensuite bathroom and 1 normal bedroom with a bathroom located next to it) and an open space kitchen and sitting room. All the rooms are A/C equipped. The flat is ideal for a group of friends, totalling 3 or 4 people. It goes without saying that one will need to rent a car in order to discover the island's turquoise beaches and to explore Athena's temple. This is a very rare find, indeed!

We thought it was a very pleasant stay! We felt very comfortable. It is a quiet location, but everything is within walking distance (the beach and the taverns). We found it (with our boys aged 5 and 8) to be a big advantage that the garden is incredibly spacious (frequently played hide-and-seek;)). Everything is nice and tidy inside. Especially the contact with Gina was great! She is a very warm host and made us feel very welcome. Many thanks!

Loved my stay here. It was adorable and had no problems. Was showed around the home by the housekeeper, who was very sweet and even left me with a snack! It has a beautiful view of the sunset and the clock tower. Would highly recommend to anyone and would stay here again. It’s also close to the port if you don’t mind walking or a quick taxi away! I can’t say enough about this spectacular apartment, its view, and location! Absolutely breathtaking! It’s right in the heart of everything you’d want to see about Ancient Greece in Athens! Short walking distance to the Acropolis and so much more. I would easily stay here again and highly recommend to others!

I can't imagine a better place to stay than this apartment in Athens! We will definitely stay again when we are in Athens. It beautifully designed, has all the amenities you need and then some and has the most beautiful balcony with a view of the Acropolis. Plus the host is so kind, helpful and responsive!! We are a family of 4 and it was perfect.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect- feels safe, is walkable to the major sights, and also has tons of bars, restaurants, and shopping right outside the door. The unit was very clean (including the hot tub) and there was an AC unit in every room and was very strong, which was great! I would definitely recommend this property.

Fantastic apartment highly recommended

The place was a great. It was nice to be on a neighborhood a little away from the crowds. It was peaceful on the terrace. There were two really good restaurants within a block and half. Along with some bakeries, coffee shops and mini markets. Made it very convenient! Place was very clean and comfortable.

Zhana is absolutely the best! She made sure we were well taken of well before we even arrived in Athens. Her attention to detail wasuch appreciated. Extremely accomodating even after we were delayed over 7 hours. The AirBNB was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay. The view from the rooftop was phemomemal! Would love to come back and stay here again.
