Holiday rentals with a patio in Argolis

Exceeded expectations! Great location and perfect stop over if getting a ferry from the port next day. Very clean and a very decent size apartment. Everything was in perfect working order and clean. Super easy check-in and check-out, host was lovely too.

Although situated out of the centre of Athens, everywhere you want to visit is walkable with good access to trams and metro. The location is more residential but the apartment more than made up for being non central, and quite nice being away from crowds. The views from the balcony towards the Acropolis are amazing, especially whilst in the hot tub! The space is modern with great attention to detail and superbly clean and tidy with a lovely bottle of Prosecco to welcome us. Lots of cafes and restaurants in close proximity albeit not in the touristy area. The host was super helpful, great communication and proactive with help and advice.

Our stay at Spyros place was great. Such a cosy and pretty home, with a really nice and private yard. We loved the area, and used it for exploring local restaurants and nice vintage shops, it was also easy access to the metro, as well as walking distance to the center (approximately 30 min) , and just next by Acropolis and Socrates prison. I would for sure recommend this place for anyone who appreciate tranquility for their stay, and easy access to more lively areas. Spyros was very responsive and helpful, and provided very flexible check-in/check-out possibilities. We would not hesitate to book it another time :)

Very close to Akelis beach, local supermarket and bakery, although a little further (still walkable c30 mins) from the main town. Great balcony and pictures as described

Anastasia is an exceptional and thoughtful host. Her studio is exactly as pictured and is one of the most well appointed Airbnbs we have stayed in. The patio enhances the studio with privacy and a comfortable place to eat or relax among her plantings. The location is a short walk from the ferry and walkable for beach, port , shopping and restaurants. She sent specific instructions for entry and many tips on enjoying our stay. Also sent us up to date ferry schedules reducing the stress of getting there. Highly recommended!! Thank you Anastasia.

beautiful home in a convenient location at the port very clean and very nice hosts. coffee shop with pastries within 3 minuite walk. street parking was convenient and easy to find a spot. the view from the balcony was great as well. nicely done guesthouse.

The house is beautifully designed and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay—whether for cooking, relaxing, or keeping warm on chilly nights. The fireplace was a highlight for us after long days of hiking and climbing. Eirini gave us a warm welcome upon arrival, which was especially helpful since the road to the house is quite narrow. That said, we managed fine with an SUV (Dacia Duster). The location is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts, with plenty of hiking trails in the area. After a full day outside, it was great to return to such a cozy and inviting home. We were three adults staying for five nights on a hiking and climbing trip, and the place suited us perfectly. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay in Efi's apartment, comfortable and the hosts very warm booked us a wonderful welcome. It was a nice exchange through the visit of their estate and garden. The place is located in the vineyards in a beautiful surrounding nature a few steps from the old Nemée. It's perfect for visiting. In addition, they have a restaurant. Everything was very good! Thank you to Efi and Theo for their smile and kindness! We will come back, I hope, in any case with pleasure.

I had such a wonderful time staying here! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was thoughtfully prepared and it really felt like a home away from home. What made the stay extra special was the thoughtful hospitality. She was super friendly, responsive, and full of helpful tips about the area. You can tell she genuinely care about making sure guests have a great experience. Whether it was recommending great local spots or making sure we had everything we needed. We had a great experience with the host family and apartment.

We thought it was a very pleasant stay! We felt very comfortable. It is a quiet location, but everything is within walking distance (the beach and the taverns). We found it (with our boys aged 5 and 8) to be a big advantage that the garden is incredibly spacious (frequently played hide-and-seek;)). Everything is nice and tidy inside. Especially the contact with Gina was great! She is a very warm host and made us feel very welcome. Many thanks!

Loved my stay here. It was adorable and had no problems. Was showed around the home by the housekeeper, who was very sweet and even left me with a snack! It has a beautiful view of the sunset and the clock tower. Would highly recommend to anyone and would stay here again. It’s also close to the port if you don’t mind walking or a quick taxi away! This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. It was much larger than expected and I wish we could have stayed longer. The private courtyard and outdoor dining area provided a great sanctuary from the busy city at the end of a long day. The furnishings and decor were very nice, new and well designed, we were extremely comfortable. The location was great with everything the old city in walking distance but also just outside the super busy tourist area, felt more like a local neighborhood with lots of younger residents and businesses. Our favorite part was the restaurant run by the owners a few blocks away. It was FANTASTIC and possibly our best meal in Greece, already trying to recreate the baby potatoes.

I can't imagine a better place to stay than this apartment in Athens! We will definitely stay again when we are in Athens. It beautifully designed, has all the amenities you need and then some and has the most beautiful balcony with a view of the Acropolis. Plus the host is so kind, helpful and responsive!! We are a family of 4 and it was perfect.

An amazing stay! The host made us feel so welcomed and so at home. The sweetest people ever. The place was beautiful and had modern and up to date technology. One of the nicest places we have stayed in. It was only a 10 minute walk to the metro and the host offered to drive us to the metro for free. If we return to Athens, we will definitely be staying here again! 10/10 experience.

I would recommend Alexandra's place. She was very responsive and gave through directions under the trips tab and check in tab. I took advantage of her airport pick up service. I was there early in the am, good to get a sense of where it was, then walked to drop my luggage off and explore. It was luck, I could check in a little early. I booked her place as a last minute stay and a very competitive price was offered. I felt this was a good location away from the tourists but convenient for where I wanted to go. The mini split a/c units nice and worked. at night i opened the balcony doors to get air. I did hear the city sounds, cars, people talking because I had doors open but didn't feel it was annoying. Didn't have trouble with bed, bedrooms different sizes. bathroom big but shower small as European ones are. Highly recommend if it's available and price within your budget. cons: can't think of any glaring negatives.

We stayed 3 nights in this Airbnb. First of all, we would like to thank Kostis for the clear explanation about the use of the Airbnb and the incredibly quick responses to our questions. The airbnb is clean, modern and cozy. So highly recommended. A plus is also that you can reach the Metxourghio metro station within a 5-minute walk and thus easily visit all the hotspots of Athens.

Zhana is absolutely the best! She made sure we were well taken of well before we even arrived in Athens. Her attention to detail wasuch appreciated. Extremely accomodating even after we were delayed over 7 hours. The AirBNB was perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay. The view from the rooftop was phemomemal! Would love to come back and stay here again.
