Excellent walks and cycle routes in the area, a wealth of wildlife around, curious sheep that come to the fence and views looking over to Morecambe Bay and the Lakeland Fells. There are lots of fantastic eateries nearby. 20 mins from M6 Junction 34.

The Studio is a self contained cottage, that is part of a listed building in the hamlet of Eskrigge in the Lune Valley. With a private entrance and private parking for 3 cars and exclusive use of a large cottage garden that is fenced off for safety. The Studio consists of a living space with sofa bed, separate kitchen, downstairs toilet & shower room, and a large characterful bedroom upstairs with two single beds. Able to accommodate 3 guests (3rd guest with an additional charge) with a unique 'reading nook' which can be made into a small single bed for a young child. Babies up to 2 years old are welcome (free of charge) with a travel cot and high chair supplied. Alternatively, a sofa bed can be made available.

It has a private courtyard garden with seating, a separate kitchen, a lounge with log burner and one dining area, one double bedroom with separate shower room. Off road parking for two cars.

Gressingham is a small, picturesque village and makes the perfect location for walkers, cyclists and those wanting a country break.
