Very tranquil (no traffic), 5 mins from Fondation van Gogh, fab restaurant centre of Place P Doumer, Blvd des Lices with famous market, bars, buses, transport access, 10 mins from the Arena. Restoration sympathique, highlighting original features and stonework.

L'appartement est situé dans un immeuble historique, Les Oliviers, classé hôtel particulier. Au cœur du quartier de la Roquette à Arles, en face de l'église Saint Césaire, l'ensemble des 5 appartements ainsi que les espaces communs ont été complètement rénovés en 2019. L'appartement #3, au 2ème étage, est spacieux et lumineux et donne sur la rue Théophile Rives où il y a très peu de passage. L'appartement est composé d'une chambre agréable, une salle de bain et un grand salon-cuisine ouvert.
