Top accommodation + great hostess Must Dos: - Everything was very clean, so you feel very comfortable. - The apartment is located directly (50m walk) by the sea (private beach + nice café). - Communication with Isabella was simple, clear and friendly. Another thing: - The apartment looks a bit small at first glance, but due to the organization you have everything (we were there with our baby and the apartment was sufficient for a few days of vacation). We would book the apartment again for a new Sanremo trip.

Perfect place for Monaco Grand Prix week. Exactly as pictured - we spent hours on balcony with view of the yachts! Carlos communicated very well, very responsive, and accommodating to our needs.

We felt comfortable from the first moment. Everything was very clean and smelling. The garden offers a great view to the sea. Bartolomeo's mother also gave us tips on where to walk our dog without having to be on a leash. Cipressa was great tip and beautiful. We would book this location again immediately!! We miss the days and the beautiful view from the terrace. We were almost exclusively on foot to the city center of Ventimiglia about 15 minutes (to the market hall, to the ice cream and to the train station) and by train (ride to Menton and Monaco). Perfect for us. The small beach below the house was charming and we went swimming almost every evening. Claudia is a top hostess. We will definitely be back! Thank you for everything, dear Claudia🥰.

Cyrille was really friendly and responsive and the studio was clean and well equipped. The views were absolutely gorgeous and would highly recommend this stay.

My stay at Clara’s apartment truly exceeded all my expectations. The apartment itself was not only modern and spotlessly clean but also beautifully decorated with such taste and care—it immediately felt like a home away from home. What made the experience even more special was Clara herself. She went out of her way to offer thoughtful advice, both proactively and whenever I reached out with questions. Her warmth and attentiveness never felt forced—it was as if she genuinely cared about making my stay as smooth and meaningful as possible. One of the most touching moments was when she introduced me to her mother, making me feel like I was more than just a guest—I felt like part of her family. Clara is not just a wonderful host; she’s a kind, generous soul who brings heart into everything she does.

Very very nice place. The location of the apartment is very central, because it is really right in the city center, which means you can reach everything on foot. The landlady was super friendly and also gave us good advice on restaurants and activities.

Would 100% recommend this place. The airbnb itself was really clean; well stocked and lovely. as pictured. Carine greeted us and showed us around and was lovely! During our stay Carine and Jerome were really fast to respond and were really helpful with any questions we had! The location was perfect. The views from the garden were beautiful and the train station was only 5 mins away so ideal to visit other areas too! Will 100%! Be booking to stay here again

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. Beautiful house and stay! Highly recommend and would return. Just for awareness, the third bedroom (sofa beds) doesn’t have an AC unit but there is a fan. WiFi works well and given that the house is older there can be some dust but it’s worth it to be in such a beautiful space with great character! Thank you Fox Keys!!!

We had an incredible time staying at Alex’s place! The location was great and the view was breathtaking.

We really enjoyed our time at Sylvie’s villa. The villa was clean and had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable, the shower was pleasant and it has all the utensils we needed. We were checked in my Sylvie’s neighbour who was very friendly and helpful. Sylvie was always quick to reply to messages if we had any questions. The view is stunning from the villa. The bus to Monaco is at the bottom of the steps and only took 10mins. It’s a 10min walk down to the train station (we would have struggled to walk up the hill with suitcases so we got an Uber). It is an easy walk of about 15 minutes to the supermarket. We walked up the hill to the old village and castle. It is a very steep walk but worth it. We are at the Italian which was lovely. They were also great with children. We would definitely stay again!

Fred and Sylviane’s Suite in the Village is a little piece of heaven. Nothing can prepare you for the breathtaking view from the private terrace in the rooftops!! Fred met us on arrival and took us up to the 16th Century cottage, simply lovely, elegantly furnished and perfect for a romantic getaway. Absolutely in love with the place and Fred and Sylviane were absolutely charming. Love! ❤️

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

The area is quiet and peaceful, but at the same time close to everything. In a short time you can reach the highway and from there you can move where you want. The village is equipped with everything, and also has a beautiful old part that we recommend visiting. Thanks for everything, see you soon! Giuseppe and Elena

I rarely leave reviews because I’m usually too busy, but Ludmila’s place was truly exceptional. It’s modern, spotlessly clean, and felt like a home away from home. Thoughtful touches like the Nespresso machine with capsules and a great selection of cooking utensils really stood out. I also don’t usually fall asleep easily, but the bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable—some of the best I’ve experienced.

We had a fantastic stay! 3 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to Carnoles train station - couldn’t be better located. Also right in front of a great local restaurant Le Piccadilly. Hosts were friendly and very responsive and even gifted us with welcome drinks. Would stay here again next time I visit cote d’azur!

Our stay was really nice. Ms. Sara and her father, Mr. Mario had thought of everything for our stay. Sweet treats, a tidy house, clean towels and linens, a beautiful and useful patio, everything was very good and as described. Especially for those who will go with a small child like us, the porch is both safe and very enjoyable. They were also very helpful at the entrance and explained everything in detail. Thank you very much again, you can stay with peace of mind.

Luxurious apartment with incredibly beautiful sea view. The apartment included everything we needed for a perfect holiday; beach very close as well as grocery stores and a good boulangerie. There is a quite busy street near the apartment but that didn't bother us and we slept very well. Would love to return to this beautiful place.
