We had a great time at Diego's place. Niede's warm welcome and explanations made it easy for us to make our mark quickly. The place was very clean, functional, well maintained, and true to descriptions. At the time of our visit, the neighborhood was very quiet. I will recommend and return to Diego's house with pleasure.

We had very nice days in the house: the view is stunning (probably one of the highest points in Búzios) and the facilities in general are very well taken care of, the super functional leisure area with a swimming pool, barbecue area and game room. We managed to stay comfortably: air conditioned worked properly, the bath was good and warm as well as we used the kitchen and other areas in the house well. The great highlight of everything was the service provided by hostess/homemeira Antônia: a lot of liveliness, education and helpfulness made a total difference in our stay. We did not notice any major drawbacks in the house taking away the fact that we rented during a holiday and the price was relatively high and slight signs of age on the inside of the house (something natural for a not so recent construction). It is worth noting that although the house is super close to the beaches Geribá and Ferradura (5-10min car thing), its location high above makes it less feasible to walk to the beaches. Great stay!

The place is lovely! Exactly like the photos, the location is great, the house is comfortable and very good! I spent a few days with my family and we loved it! Martín is very kind and available to answer questions! We will definitely be back more often :)

We had a great time at the house! Marcos and the rest of the staff were great! The house itself is amazing with many ample bedrooms. The terrace overlooks the sea and you get unbeatable sunsets. The area is ok - there a few restaurants and markets walking distance (there a lot more just a few minutes drive/Uber away). The beach right down the house is not great though - you will likely go to others. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

Everything is spectacular, the house is beautiful, super quiet, we loved being surrounded by nature. Rafael, who welcomed us and saw us off, is a genius, always very attentive, always very willing to do what we needed. It far exceeded expectations! Excellent accommodation. We went as a family in low season. Only 3 houses were occupied. However, the condominium is very well distributed and the building conditions are very good. The area is quiet and very close to the restaurant area and 3 very nice beaches. The rest is very accessible by Uber/taxi/minibus. The attention and predisposition was very correct. We had an excellent stay.

Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the bottom room has access via stairs. The electric shower of the lower bedroom was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). A Rute that served us is a special and talented person, it was a pleasure to live with her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the space is worth it but do not wait for super luxury, but rather a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

The space is exactly as described and in the photos, with a location and view that dispense with comments, in addition to the “private” beach. Eurides was attentive at all times. Worth experience!

Perfect, in every respect, the excellent accommodation, from the reception we were super welcome , by receptionist Andreza, Mrs. Silvia, an odd person who responds and guides us quickly, to Louise a blessed and caring person, the wonderful duplex, an amazing view, a comfort that doesn't need better, has everything you need to enjoy great days in bins, super recommend and if God allows us to return

Everything was excellent, as in the photos, we had a problem but they responded super quickly. The area is perfect, close to everything and rua das stones. The only thing that was not so good is the issue of the hot water in the shower, it was not hot it was warm pulling in cold, but only that as a not so good point but everything else recommended.

The host is excellent. His attention and interest in the well-being of his guests is very remarkable. Very kind, attentive and her apartment is impeccable. One of the best hosts in Buzios. Highly recommended

The price-quality ratio is very good. From the first moment, they made us feel welcome and comfortable. The place is beautiful, with a privileged location and direct access to the beach, ideal for resting and enjoying the natural environment. We moved by car and the distances were accessible: both the center and other beaches were about 15 or 20 minutes away, which allowed us to explore easily. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is impeccable, everything wonderful, super well equipped, clean, we love it very much! It has a yard, which was perfect for our dogs. There is a market and restaurant next door and it is a few minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. Lucy is a great host, responds quickly and is very helpful, in addition to leaving treats for our arrival! We hope to return as soon as possible!

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

the house is in a very well located condominium and insurance. close to the beach and the commerce. good parking and safe condominium. the condominium has a swimming pool, shower and sauna. it was great our lodging, would come back again! very attentive host. checkin and checkout super quiet. thanks for the period.

Extremely pleasant to spend these days in the Nice apartment! Completely clean place, with great bed linen, bath towels and kitchen with all top quality items! The apartment's balcony is a charm apart from the accommodation. We were very pleased with everything. We will definitely be back soon.

Everything was very good, only on one Saturday there was a little noise due to the high flow of vehicles, but everything was excellent, close to everything, the place was very nice, we would return with my family.
