On the ground floor is the spacious and fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of appliances such as dishwasher,microwave, etc. One of the bathrooms, with a large bathtub. The living room, landmark of the house, as its stove makes this part of the house a peaceful and cozy place. An ideal Xoko for meetings and celebrations etc., from which you can access a beautiful courtyard, also private parking of the house. The patio is great for relaxing and playing sports. Attached to the courtyard is a charming garden with the relevant furniture, green area, flowers and fruit trees. There is also a children's play area. On the first floor are the four bedrooms, three of them double and one double. These have a balcony with a wonderful view. Also on this floor there is a spacious and perfectly equipped bathroom.
