The apartments are located in Šumava in a quiet location on the outskirts of the mountain village of Stachy near the forest at an altitude of 780 m above sea level. It is located on a sunny slope, only 5 km from the ski center Zadov - Churáňov. It offers beautiful views of the surroundings and a huge garden that provides privacy. Apartment Churáňov is modernly furnished and fully equipped with a fireplace, large 120m2 for 6+2 people, ideal for 2 families with children. Around the house is a large fenced garden with a sauna. The center with shops is a 10-minute walk, there is also a pharmacy in the village.

It can host up to 27 guests in 4 apartments with 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 4 kitchens and 3 cozy living rooms. There’s also a large lounge with fireplace, tables for shared meals and a children’s corner. Outside you’ll find a garden with terrace, barbecue and playground – ideal for family time outdoors. Pets are not allowed.

The flair of the 50s is preserved in the house. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can switch off wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For the guests, the 1st and 2nd floors are reserved and connected by stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studios.
