Situé à l’entrée de Saint-Martin, vous profitez d’un emplacement idéal, à quelques pas des commerces et restaurants, tout en savourant le calme environnant. Au deuxième et dernier étage de la résidence, admirez chaque soir le coucher de soleil et les fortifications de Saint-Martin. Un pied-à-terre parfait pour une escapade inoubliable sur l’île de Ré.

Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

La maison se situe dans un quartier très calme , à quelques pas de l'océan. (500m) Elle est orientée sud , sud-ouest, avec une terrasse sans vis à vis, le jardin donne sur le vignoble. Le stationnement est gratuit et les pistes cyclables sont à proximité . Idéale pour 4 personnes, je propose toutefois d'accueillir 5 personnes , avec soit un couchage supplémentaire pour bébé ( lit parapluie) , soit un couchage supplémentaire dans le séjour . Le ménage de départ est inclus dans le prix .

La pièce à vivre est ouverte sur l'extérieur. Une chambre avec un lit double et une literie de grande qualité communique avec le salon par l'intermédiaire d'une grande porte sculptée en bois de palissandre. La deuxième chambre possède un lit simple. La salle de bain dispose d'une douche à l'italienne en pierre naturelle.

45 m2 accommodation includes a living room/kitchen. A bedroom with a 160 cm bed. One cabin bedroom with a 80 x 180 bunk bed. Linens and sheets included. A bathroom with toilet and washing machine. The annex includes a terrace and a courtyard to enjoy the outdoors. (watch your step when opening the gate) Access to private and independent accommodation. The accommodation is accessible by Rue de la Danaë, park and access by a small pedestrian alley to the accommodation (70 meters away)
