In the heart of the village, the charm of the old and the comfort of a house of 70 m2 all renovated and equipped. Beautiful materials and the calm of a small flowery alley for your stay. Ideally located a few steps from the bell tower, 100 m from the port and the summer market and close to shops. With a nice courtyard/terrace of 25m2. The house is arranged on two levels and offers nice amenities with 2 bedrooms with 160 double beds + bathroom and independent toilet.

In the heart of the village of Ars en Ré, in a very quiet alley where cars do not circulate, located between the port and the church square, our old house full of charm was completely restored in 2019 and carefully decorated. The best feature: the cellar with stone walls, wooden cathedral ceiling, concrete floor and large bay window that opens wide onto the garden. Its summer kitchen (sink and plancha), will allow you to spend pleasant evenings.

Our small house is located in the old village, in a quiet area, close to bike paths, the center and shops, large beaches to the south and salt marshes to the north. It has a bicycle garage, an entrance, bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, the kitchen area is fully equipped. The living room area includes a sofa and the bedroom area includes a double bed.

Beautiful 230 m² renovated villa with pool.

Magnificent villa in the village with swimming pool, 230m², perfect for 1-2-3 families (2equipped kitchens). Completely renovated, very high standards... Perfect bedding. 5-6 bedrooms...l the house is much better in reality than in photo. We require a minimum of 5 nights during school holidays and 3 nights for long weekends. Please note, parties are not allowed.
