Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Arta

I more than recommend the place. It’s like a small part of heaven and everything was perfect. The house, the garden, mister Eftichios who offered us a warm welcome, good communication, olive oil, fresh strawberries, eggs from his chicken and the company of his lovely dog Yanis who made us a bit sad because we left. Thank you for everything ☺️

Uno de los mejores Airbnb donde hemos estado, sin duda! Nos sentimos como en casa. Las anfitrionas fueron super amables, nos dieron indicaciones y recomendaciones y la casa estaba muy limpia y totalmente equipada. Su ubicación, en la parte de Metora vieja está muy n un barrio acogedor y es perfecta para comenzar la ruta de senderismo hacia los monasterios. ojalá volver y poder quedarnos en esta casa otra vez!

Georgia was the perfect host, around whenever needed, but let you get on with your day. She is super friendly and helpful. The house was modern, clean and comfortable. There were many places to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. You can drive to several beaches with 30 mins. I would recommend staying here if you'd like to be a bit cooler and away from the super busy areas by the coast, but close enough to visit.

We made some wonderful family memories at Katerina’s place. The house is not only tastefully decorated but the finishing is excellent. The daily housekeeping is a delightful and helpful extra. The place was a bit tricky to fun but Katerina was a star and met us at the road to guide us right to the front door. My 2-year old had so much fun at the pool or walking around the garden. Katerina also gave us recommendations for restaurants and how to get to the beach. We didn’t want to leave and she again was very kind to allow us a late checkout. We want to be back there now!

WOW! This Villa was insane, unimaginably beautiful, the views are unparalleled. We all had the best time, such a relaxing and peaceful place. The pool is a great size, cold as we were out if season but still great! We couldn't fault the villa at all, it had everything we needed! What absolutely made our stay was our host, Spiros, he was simply the best. Very friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about us having a great time. He recommended the best places to see, things to do and locations to eat. Nothing was too much trouble for him when we made requests and we liked him so much, we invited him to have a drink at a local bar with her (he recommend the place and it was fantastic) he was a great laugh, he is an absolute credit to Diodati Villas! The villa is enough to make us want to return but Spiros has made us all start thinking about when we can return. Thank you for making our holiday so magical, especially because my wife & I were celebrating our 3 year wedding anniversary

Das alte Steinhaus passt gut in die Landschaft und war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflügen. Alles war schnell zu erreichen. Sehr gutes Essen im Hotel Driofillo ganz in der Nähe, fussläufig schnell zu erreichen.

Vakantiehuis met een hart! Gezellig ingericht en genoeg mogelijkheden om jezelf te vermaken. De aangedragen ontspannings mogelijkheden zijn fijn!

Apartment was great close to everything you need , clean and welcoming. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Had an absolutely great trip will be back.

An exceptional location. I am very lucky that I had the chance to stay there on vacation. The house is gorgeous, the beach is wonderful, without many people. Everything is superlative. And Angeliki is an absolutely wonderful host. Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend for anyone visiting meteora. Great location with many good restaurants, bakeries and bars nearby. Rooms are large and fully equipped. Air Conditionning ( AC ) units were working well in every room. Beds are on the firmer side. Free parking nearby (almost anywwhere in the city)

We hebben met plezier in het huis verbleven. Locatie is erg goed, heel dichtbij het strand en op loopafstand van het centrum. De host reageerde snel, het contact was digitaal. Hij was flexibel, we mochten eerder inchecken wat we heel erg waardeerde. Het huis zelf is groot, genoeg voorzieningen en comfortabel. Fijn dat er handdoeken, shampoo en wasmiddel waren! Over het algemeen hebben we een goede ervaring gehad in dit appartement.

Το σπίτι ήταν εξαιρετικό σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία δίπλα σε όλα με τα πόδια ! Πεντακάθαρο και όλες τις παροχές που χρειάζεται κάποια οικογένεια ! Τόσο η Χριστίνα από το τηλέφωνο όσο και η Ειρήνη από κοντά ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικές, φιλικές και πρόθυμες να βοηθήσουν σε όλα ! Με την Ειρήνη, που γνωρίσαμε από κοντά, ένιωσα σαν να την γνωρίζω χρόνια ! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα από όλες τις απόψεις ! Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την υπέροχη διαμονή !

Ο χώρος ήταν εξαιρετικός, πολύ προσεγμένα όλα και καθαρά. Σε πολλή καλή τοποθεσία, πηγαίναμε στο κέντρο των Ιωαννίνων με τα πόδια. Ήταν δίπλα σε εστιατόρια καφέ και μπαράκια. Αξίζει να το επισκεφθείτε!!! Τα 5 ⭐️ είναι λίγα!!!

Lovely peaceful location up in the hills, Villa Del Sol is a great place to kick back and enjoy the beauty of Lefkada. With its central location, you can access all the beaches via car, with the best located on the west side of the island. The villa is comfortable, well equipped with everything you need to make your stay easy and comfortable. Nice veranda and terraced garden also provide lots of options for relaxing in the shade. Would thoroughly recommend.

Η διαμονή μας στο χώρο ήταν μια εξαιρετική εμπειρία!!! Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και τακτοποιημένο, πλήρως λειτουργικό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Υπήρχε χώρος για πάρκινγκ πάντα, χωρίς καμία ταλαιπωρία. Ο οικοδεσπότης μας ήταν πολύ φιλόξενος, διακριτικός και μας έδωσε χρήσιμες οδηγίες. Σε γενικές γραμμές, εκτιμώ πως η παραμονή μας ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη και θα σύστηνα το σπίτι για όποιον θέλει να ευχαριστηθεί την περιοχή , χωρίς την φασαρία και την αναστάτωση πιο κεντρικών καταλυμάτων.

First, I booked this whilst on the road. for the next day. The hosts were soo accommodating as it was not ready when I booked but by the time I arrived ( early) all was done including the pool! Remember it is outside the holiday season in Greece. The place is immaculate, with beautiful furniture and fittings. Nothing was too much trouble. I took it for myself, but 3 fellow motorcyclist turned up and we loved it so much, and the area for an extra day. cannot fault anything or the hosts. Good tip given, is walk to town, taxi back. We absolutely loved our stay in Lefkada! We went during the shoulder season and enjoyed empty beaches, beautiful views by the pool, and warm hospitality from our host. The house was spotless and perfect for our large family. The surrounding area is private, but there are plenty of restaurants, etc just a short drive away. Multiple beaches can be accessed within minutes. Our host responded immediately to all our questions and allowed us to have a flexible check-in since we were arrive later in the evening. Highly recommend a stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Bavaria. Hubert made us feel right at home, meeting us in the village & showing us the best way to the home for our arrival. He generously gifted us some delicious homemade red wine & olive oil, and gave us plenty of local recommendations (you have to try the Crabs tavern, it was our favorite). We spent the next few days nestled in the olive groves below Perdika, soaking in the sea view & the sun, occasionally cooling off in the private pool. Everything was comfortable & in good working order, we'd love to stay there again!

WOW. Just… wow. I honestly thought the place looked amazing in the photos, but seeing it in person completely blew me away, it’s even more stunning in real life! The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the whole vibe of the place is peaceful and relaxing. It felt like the perfect escape. The host went above and beyond, everything I could possibly need was already prepared: snacks, fruit, even wine to enjoy while taking in the view. It’s the little thoughtful touches that made the experience feel extra special. I felt so welcomed and taken care of. This was way more than just a stay, it was an experience. 100% would come back!
