Villa holiday rentals in Artemida

This place was very spacious for our family of 6 that stayed in April. The private beach access was great and area was quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

This property was gorgeous. Very modern and the pool was amazing. Very private yet a short walk to some restaurants and cafes. Communication with the host was great. Provided local recommendations for cafes, groceries and dining.

Beautiful house on the Saronida hills with beautiful sea views and sunset views. Great for a large group of people. Rooms were plenty, spacious and clean. Pool was nice. Only thing is that it’s not very walkable and very far from Athens city centre, but we didn’t have much trouble getting a taxi (using freenow). Close to some good restaurants and groceries although not walkable. Host was responsive and helpful. Overall a great stay!

The villa was really wonderful for our holiday, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. It was spotless all rooms, convenient location with easy parking in a quiet area. The pool and outdoor space delighted the whole group!! The host helped us instantly with any questions we had!!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The property is very close to the sea, and the large terrace was a great spot to relax. Everything was just as described in the listing. However, some of the furniture seems a bit worn, and the air conditioning and heating system could use some updating. Overall, it was a pleasant experience!

A uniquely amazing place, of great aesthetics and functionality. No matter what I say, it will be poor for both villa zen and host Maria-Antonia. We didn't miss anything, there wasn't a spot that wasn't great. Nothing is accidental. A wonderful person, Maria-Antonia, full of light, very helpful, amazing communication. It was a beautiful home and the location was perfect! The view is gorgeous and the neighbors were so cute they were so happy to have us next door, the grandma would say hello to us everyday and even gave us homemade dessert🤍 It was clean, great wifi, and just beautiful.

Recently stayed for 6 nights and the The Villa was perfect.Our host Alexandra was present on our arrival and was friendly and welcoming. Gave us a tour of the Villa and was available for any questions on Text. The Villa itself was lovely great space over 3 floors and had separate kitchen in basement. 5 spacious bedrooms and even a lift which was ideal for the less mobile of our group. The outside space is fantastic everything you need. Pool and sun lounges fantastic and used everyday . You have a nice sea view from the villa and even though there is a main road nearby it was never an issue for us. Great location for getting into Vari centre which is about a 1km drive to the shops if you don’t want to walk. The Villa was a great find and well maintained but the local area and roads are quite run down. But this did not cause any issues to us and our visit and stay and would totally recommend this villa. The host treated us very well! Was always reachable, flexible with the checkin time, supported us with transportation during a taxi strike. She was very kind and gave us nice restaurant tips! The house was clean and included everything you need for a nice trip! Thanks a lot and until next time :-)

Highly recommended stay in Athens. Large beautiful home, well stocked, and very enjoyable space for a family. Indoor pool was lots of fun. Plenty of room to spread out and relax while being a short walk from many of the city's top attractions. Great communication from the Ma Maison team.

Absolutely perfect stay. The villa is beautifully decorated and maintained. It is just like the photographs. George was our host and he was very responsive, helpful and generous. He was the perfect host. I would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone wanting a relaxed and luxurious stay. Restaurants are mostly not walkable, so hiring a car is recommended but it’s worth it for the views and the privacy. 10/10, I will absolutely come back to stay again.

it was great! the villa was beautiful and the location was amazing. However getting to the airbnb was a little difficult unless you have a driver or a rental car. If you are relying on taxis or Uber then transportation was difficult

Agapi’s place was amazing!!! Everything was exactly what it looked like in the pictures and Agapi greeted us upon arrival to show us around the house. She even took us around the town in her car since we didn’t have a rental!! Be aware the driveway is very steep and hard to get large cars in and out. Other than that, the pool and the views were amazing. Totally worth every penny! Highly recommend this place. I hope to be back again very soon. Thank you Agapi🫶🏼

The Villa is in a quiet area, north-east of Athens and on the coast. Athens is only miles away and we visited twice to see the important sights and to enjoy the atmosphere. The villa is fantastic, set on a bank above the sea and had all the amenities that we needed, including a well equipped kitchen. The TV and sound system worked well. We were greeted on the day by Maria and she gave helpful instructions on the villa and activities locally. If we had any questions she answered very quickly. A highly recommended villa, sleeping six. Downstairs was self contained with its own bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room. Ideal for getting away from the noisier guests. The good sized Lidl was 20 minutes drive away, as were pharmacies and the usual important shops and services.

Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to feel at home. The combination of modern amenities with charming, cozy touches made for a wonderfully welcoming experience. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation spot. I look forward returning in the future! Efcharisto

We are a family of 6 with Kids and Teenagers. The house was beautiful and clean. The view is breathtaking and we had a wonderful time… Theoni was soo nice. She took such good care of us, even went shopping some basics before we arrived. If I were the biggest critic I could not find a thing to nag about… Everything was simply perfect.. thank you again and we‘ll definitely come again… highly recommended!!!

Ioannis's place is fabulous. It was the ideal place for our group of 7 adults to enjoy sunning by the pool or to wander down to the beach, with plenty of nearby beach bars and restaurants to explore. The cheese platter and a few beers in the fridge as a lovely surprise. Thanks Ioannis. We thoroughly enjoyed your place.

Despina’s communication was second to none! By far the best host I have communicated with in air b and b. She replied super quick and was great at describing things perfectly. Which is very important when travelling to an area you don’t know. The villa itself was spectacular, and the view from the balcony is in my top three sea views of all time! Haha. I would 100% recommend to anyone and would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you for sharing your home with me ❤️

We had a fabulous stay at Michael’s castle which was beautifully appointed and accommodation which suited our needs perfectly. 9 adults and 10 children age range 13 down to 9 months. The area is stunningly beautiful, peaceful with lovely beaches close by and swimming off the rocks below the villa a pleasure. Good tavernas close by. Michael was a wonderful attentive host. All in all a bit of paradise.
