Flott hytte med 3 soverom. Hovedsoverom. 180cm seng. Soverom 2 - 120cm og 75cm seng. Soverom 3- 150cm og 90cm seng. Alle sengene har enkelt dyner, totalt 8stk. . Sengetøy og håndkler må medbringes ved opphold. Hytta må vaskes og ryddes i eget regi etter bruk (vaskemidler m mer finnes på hytta). Utvask kan bestilles, gi beskjed om det ønskes. Som svensk statsborger gis det rut/ rot fradrag. . Det er en 50» smart tv, ps4 samt Apple tv i stua og en 32» tommer smart tv på hemsen. Det er kaffetrakter, brødrister, stavmikser, vannkoker, mikrobølgeovn, riskoker, kjøkkenvekt, kjøkkentilbehør, kasseroller osv. Utendørs er det gassgrill som kan benyttes. Sluttstäd av hytta kan bestilles for Kr.2000( gi beskjed i god tid). Rut avdrag er mulig for svenske statsborgere, men da må Städtjänsten ha navn, adress, personnummer osv. Rut fradrag gjør at leietager betaler kun 50% (1000kr)- faktura direkte fra Städtjänst. Om man ønsker vaske i eget regi, tilkommer kontrollgebyr kr 350 for ekstern kontroll slik at vi har kontroll på rengjøringen før neste gjest ankommer. Håper på forståelse for det. A short walk from Soltorget and just over 100 meters from ski slopes that take you down to the Gondola or brand new six chairlift Top Express. The cottage is also located in direct vicinity to Branäs cross country ski tracks. 5 bedrooms, 14 beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, sauna, charging box for electric car. Check-in/checkout Sundays and Thursdays during ski season Final cleaning can be purchased for SEK 1250 with rut deduction (Swedish personal number is required). Otherwise SEK 2500.

Put the car and enjoy amazing Branäs. This is the cabin to hang in. Spring-Summer - Autumn: Enjoy cycling, fishing, swimming in Klarälven , hiking and berry picking in the area. Restaurant and store are open during high season. Winter: Have access to the entire ski system and everything they mean. Ski in/out of snow (otherwise 150 m to system) It is located in beautiful environment overlooking the west side of Branäsberget. Customers clean up after themselves. Bed linens can be rented for SEK 200/p if you book well in advance.

The cabin has 13+2 beds, 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with sauna) and spacious kitchen/living room as well as a loft living room. In addition, there is a large terrace, where you can rent a private hot tub, a wood-fired hot tub, as well as a private barbecue hut. You slide right into the trail network/access trail from the terrace, both alpine and cross country skiing🏂⛷️🎿 Here you can enjoy the most time outside, either on the terrace, in the hot tub or in the ground. Branäs/Långberget Granstugevägen 24

Old summer cottage that has been moved to Långberget with an extension. The house has a high cozy factor close to nature and hiking trails. In winter it is very close to ski tracks and vallabod. There are most amenities you can wish for. There is no WiFi in the cottage but a good selection on the TV. Electric car charging is available at the hotel. You bring your own sheets and towels and consumables. You clean up after yourself and leave the cottage in the condition it was in when you arrived. Welcome

Hello and welcome to Flyberg Torsby. In the middle of the Swedish forest and surrounded by beautiful swimming lakes, you can come to rest with us and find space for the whole family. Our vacation home consists of 2 connected buildings that can accommodate up to 14 guests. Each building has a separate entrance as well as a shower with toilet and a kitchen. The buildings can also be booked individually for small families.
