This is a really great property. You are a 10 minute drive from town and theres a selection of great beaches closeby.. The team were very responsive when we had questions, and found solutions quickly and easily. A great stay!

Fiorella ist eine tolle und super freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberin. Auch wenn sie kein Englisch spricht konnte man sich gut mit ihr verständigen. Beim Check in hat uns ihre Freundin Laura in Empfang genommen, die super englisch spricht und uns auch tolle Empfehlungen in der Umgebung gegeben hat. Die Lage der Wohnung ist wirklich super und direkt am Strand. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Haustüre vorhanden. Nicht weit entfernt ist ein Supermarkt. Was evtl. modernisiert werden könnte ist das Bettgestell und die Matratze. Die Gefrierfachklappe müsste ausgetauscht werden, da der Griff abgebrochen war. Auch der Duschschlauch sollte überprüft werden, da dort Wasser aus der Wand spritze. Ansonsten war alles super und wir hatten alles was wir für einen schönen Aufenthalt brauchten. Vielen Dank Fiorella für die schöne Zeit die wir bei dir hatten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft von Bea können wir vorbehaltlos empfehlen - Sie liegt sehr zentral in der Haute Ville von Bonifacio mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf das Meer. Auf der schönen Terrasse lässt es sich gut frühstücken oder einen Apéritiv geniessen, während man die Boote beobachten kann. Die Wohnung bleibt trotz der Hitze draussen kühl, entspricht genau den Fotos und war sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Bea und der Check-in haben einwandfrei funktioniert. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub in Cristianos Unterkunft. Alles lief reibungslos. Top Lage, schöne Unterkunft zu einem absolut fairen Preis. Wir werden wieder kommen :)

Ein unglaublich schönes Juwel etwas außerhalb. Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Ghislaine ist eine sehr herzliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Trotz der Sprachbarriere konnten wir uns via Übersetzungsapp gut abstimmen. Die Außenanlage, der Garten und der Pool sind traumhaft schön. Die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten von Ghislaine runden das Bild perfekt ab. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Aconselho esta casa pela sua ótima localização. Uma zona muito calma e bem localizada das melhores praias do norte de Sardenha. Muito bem situada. Com todas as condições necessárias para usufruir de umas ótimas férias. A Frederica é muito simpática e responde a todas as dúvidas necessárias. Tinha receio ao estacionamento pelos comentários que li mas arranjei sempre estacionamento com bastante facilidade. Uma zona muito calma com uns gatos muito giros.

la maison de Laura est située dans une très belle région d où on peut atteindre le.nord l.ouest et l.est...Laura est une hôtesse exceptionnelle comme on n en rencontre peu...attentionnée bienveillante accueillante...la partie de la maison que nous avons louée pour une semaine était parfaite. Quand nous sommes arrivés le.frigidaire était plein aussi du Bon vin que produit Laura...chez Laura vous découvrez une sardaigne sauvage magnifique authentique tout en étant à 30 minutes de très belles plages je recommande vivement cette expérience unique merci Laura pour ta gentillesse ton charme et ta culture à presto à roma j espere evelyne et claude

We loved staying at Marta’s place! It matched the description perfectly and the view is even better in person. We rented out the whole place which was nice to have the kitchen and living room to ourselves. The beds are very comfortable and the house is tastefully decorated. We even made friends with a neighborhood cat! The location is perfect with quick access to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The host was always available for whatever we needed. Don’t hesitate with this place. It’s amazing!

We had such a lovely stay at Dora’s place! The apartment was in a great location , close to many beautiful beaches , and it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated having access to the kitchen during our stay. Dora was absolutely wonderful always friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She helped us arrange a dinner at a local restaurant for my friend’s birthday and even made sure they could bring out a cake and sing happy birthday, which was such a special touch. She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, and her communication throughout was excellent. We felt really well looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Dora!

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit im Azuro. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Michela war super. Esse alles da, um unseren Aufenthalt zu einem schönen Urlaub werden zu lassen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Nos gustó mucho el departamento, la cama es muy cómoda y el departamento impecable, la vista es impresionante y realmente vale la pena. Tiene todas las comodidades q necesitas, incluyendo quitasol para ir q la playa algo que nos salvó 🫶🏻 los datos que nos dieron muy buenos, no había muchas escaleras lo q se agradece en Italia después de tanto andar con maleta y estacionamiento al lado de la entrada muy seguro. Queda cerca del puerto lo que es perfecto para los tours, cerca del centro y a 4 min del supermercado en auto. Realmente tuvimos una estadía muy linda y agradable. Volvería de todas formas.

Wir sind schon zum 2. Mal hier haben uns wieder sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Alles ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, sodass man auch drinnen eine schöne Zeit verbringen kann. Der Strand ist unmittelbar unter dem Fenster der Unterkunft, sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Das kleine Städtchen Palau ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar und auch die Insel Maddalena ist von dort gut mit der Fähre zu erreichen und einen Besuch wert! Wir haben schon für nächstes Jahr gebucht :-)

Wir haben mit unseren zwei Kids (5 & 4) 9 Nächte in dieser tollen Unterkunft verbringen dürfen. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine top Lage, um sämtliche Traumstrände der Costa Smeralda in kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Anfahrt zum Haus führt über unbefestigte Straßen mit zahlreichen Schlaglöchern. Das Auto sollte entsprechend dafür ausgelegt sein. In der Ferienwohnung selbst hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wünschenswert wäre eine Spülmaschine gewesen - aber das wussten wir ja schon vorher. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und in einem guten Zustand. Der Garten ist wunderschön und die hier lebenden Katzen waren eine tolle Unterhaltung für unsere Kids. Ab und zu kommt auch eine Landschildkröte vorbei. Die Klimaanlagen sind hilfreich, aber auch nach einem heißen Tag ist abends die Wohnung relativ kühl, obwohl die Klimaanlagen tagsüber nicht liefen. Anna Rita, ihr Mann und deren Tochter sind herzlich. Es ist ein familiäres, sehr angenehmes Umfeld, wo man sich auf Anhieb wohlfühlt.

L’alloggio è situato in una zona tranquilla ma con tutti i servizi necessari, ottima posizione se si vuole visitare la Costa Smeralda. L’host è stata molto gentile, disponibile e reattiva. Fantastica vacanza, torneremo sicuramente!

Wir waren 9 Nächte bei Andrea. Was soll man sagen. Es ist Perfekt so wie man es sich wünscht. Sehr einfache Kommunikation, Check In konnten wir schon wesentlich früher machen, da wir schon um 8.00 Uhr gelandet waren und es nur 13 min vom Flughafen entfernt ist. Es ist alles so wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und toll hergerichtet. Man ist an sehr schönen Stränden innerhalb von 15- 30 min. Man hat alles was man sonst braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag zuhause gefühlt. Einfach perfekt. Kommen sehr gerne wieder und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Danke für alles.

L’appartamento ci è piaciuto molto, ben centrale e con tutto a disposizione. Ci ha consentito di godere del paese della Maddalena appieno. L’impianto di aria condizionata ha funzionato benissimo (molto importante). L’arredamento completo ed essenziale, pentole e stoviglie in abbondanza, stanze da letto spaziose e arredate funzionalmente. La terrazza è molto grande con parziale vista del porto (ma che per noi non era importante) con grande tavolo e sedie per poter mangiare all’aperto. Si affaccia su una strada con traffico moderato. Non c’è parcheggio ma abbiamo potuto utilizzare i parcheggi pubblici gratuiti quasi sempre, con passeggiata di ritorno attraverso il paese sempre molto piacevole. In alternativa parcheggio a pagamento per 1 euro all’ora. La comunicazione con i proprietari è stata ottima e veloce, abbiamo ricevuto tutte le risposte ai nostri quesiti tutti di ordinaria amministrazione. Raccomando anche le gite in barca a vela !

Bel appartement spacieux avec tout le nécessaire pour passer des vacances parfaites, grande terrasse, piscine. Luigi est hyper-reactif et toujours disponible. Emplacement parfait. Nous recommandons fortement!

rustige ligging maar toch op loopafstand van prachtige strandjes, de haven en diverse restaurants. heerlijk terras waar je privé zit met mooie bloemen en grote woonkamer. In de woonkamer staat ook een opklapbed die prima staat. Verder een grote badkamer en goed uitgeruste keuken. Altijd wel een parkeerplaats beschikbaar. Op loopafstand zit een Despar, nog geen 10 minuten lopen. absoluut een aanrader!

Nous sommes arrivés un peu tard vers 22h, Patrizia et son mari ont été très accueillants, ils nous ont même proposé de nous emmener dans un restaurant car nous n’avions pas dîné vraiment très gentil de leur part. L’appartement était très propre, rien à dire. Je vous le recommande .

The property at Cala Bitta is in a great location, with amazing views. Very good location to essential things like resteraunts and grocery stores for those who like to stay in and venture out. Overall great experience, there was a team of people at our service. Thank you for everything.

Det har været pragtfuldt sted. Der er tænkt på alt, for at gøre opholdet rart og dejligt. Det er de små ting der tæller.

L’host è stato super disponibile per tutta la permanenza dando consigli su cosa visitare e come muoverci. La casa molto bella e curata e con tutto il necessario per la vacanza. Il paese non è sul mare ma lo si raggiunge facilmente con 10 minuti di macchina, inoltre è in una posizione che rende facile visitare diverse città spostandosi di poco. In generale super consigliato come alloggio se si vuole fare una vacanza in queste zone
